It is incredibly well-located, just steps from the (free) Vail Bus Stop,so you can avoid the hassle of the Vail parking structure and be dropped off closer to the slopes. (Bus runs every 15 minutes in winter and is eight minutes from Vail Village.)
Settle in after the day's activities on large comfortable leather sofas with a fire in your floor-to-ceiling moss rock fireplace, music, games or a show on your flat screen tv. (If you need some adult time the kids can play upstairs in the loft.) The family cooks will be pleased with the fully-stocked kitchen. Adjacent is the new hardwood dining table that seats six, but two leaves easily extend the table to seat 10.
This charming 3 BR/3 BATH condo comfortably sleeps 10 and is ideal for 1 or 2 couples with kids. Two beautifully appointed Master Suites with gorgeous king beds and Ralph Lauren bedding are sanctuaries for the adults. Your kids will love the bunk room (beds for four) plus loft with television,daybed and trundle.
A brand-new redwood balcony faces the mountains and has a new stainless gas grill and plenty of firewood. Just below the unit you'll find a new shared outdoor hot tub for 10. (A second balcony walks out from the upstairs Master Suite.) Three large sliding glass doors open up the view and keep the unit bright during the day for non-skiers.
Winter Activities in Vail are unlimited: Downhill and cross country
skiing,snowshoeing, ice skating, sledding, sleigh rides, tubing, plus swimming,and three story water slides at the Avon Recreation Center. Summertime offers swimming and tennis onsite, and hiking, biking, horseback riding, golf, fly fishing, and world class music and shows at the newly renovated Gerald Ford Amphitheater/ Vilar Pavilion. Our condo is just a 1/4 mile walk from the Vail Racquet Club, a world class spa and exercise facility. And Vail includes some of the finest restaurants and shopping experience anywhere.

Why the Owner Chose Timberfalls
Most of us grew up in Colorado and are so grateful to have a mountain getaway for our favorite family activities - skiing, skating and snow-shoeing near the world's most charming ski village, and fly fishing, biking and hiking in the summer. East Vail is perfect because is only 90 miles from Denver, away from the busyness of "the village" and closer to most of the outdoor activities. Our unit is literally right next to the free bus, and we have a hot tub right below us!

Charm! Charm! Charm! Well-appointed and beautifully designed. Spacious yet cozy getaway with easy access to any activity you can imagine. Hot tub, pool, tennis, fly fishing, hiking, etc. It starts with Vail's world class skiing, but there is SO much more!!! And we are "neat freaks" so the place is always left in perfect condition for your visit.

My husband and I co-own the unit with another family with whom we have been close for many years. Together there are five children and four adults, and we all can share the unit on ski weekends with no problem! Most of us are Denver natives who love Colorado's sunny climate, friendly people, and easy access to the best outdoor recreation in the country (we are a bit biased of course! :-))
