Easy access to all of North Shore Tahoe. Minutes from downtown Truckee; close to golfing , factory outlets, dining, casinos and ski resorts (Northstar (15min), Squaw (30min), Alpine (35min)& Sugar Bowl). Boca, Stampede Lake, and Truckee River are nearby for fishing, hiking, mountain biking, or just flat out relaxing.
The kitchen, living and dining area form a huge great room with vaulted pine wood ceilings and gas fireplace that is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. Enjoy the incredible tree studded Tahoe views from large windows in both Great Room and Master Bedroom. Dining room table seats 8 comfortably. For the cook, the kitchen is outfitted with Calphalon cookware and a stove top that faces the great room so you can enjoy cooking without missing out on the conversation.
Relax in the jacuzzi tub. Sit back and watch the game on our large 42" LCD TV. High speed wireless (or wired) internet. Snow plow service in the winter. Located in a quiet, family oriented Truckee community.
This home has an oversized two car garage (easily fits two SUV vehicles) with more than enough storage for your gear and easy parking for two other cars on a level driveway (RV or Trailer parking also available along the side of the house).
The lawn area provides a safe slope for young kids to sled and there is a trail behind the house that is perfect for snow shoeing or cross country skiing.
