Looking out on the steepest mountains in the Western Hemisphere, I truly feel awestruck. There's a real relaxed pace in Palm Springs, and the air feels amazing, betacause ther's so little humidity. The night time is warm and breezy. It's wonderful. There's a feeling of quiet and serenity that you just can't get in the city.

I'm a landscape architect and an interior designer, and I re-modeled this place to be my dream home.

Our dog, Sophie loves coming down to Palm Springs with us and basking in the sun.

Kevin – Had a fantastic time in your home. Thanks so much for being so accommodating. We loved cooking in the kitchen and obviously we spent many hours baking like lizards in the backyard all weekend. The bedrooms are awesome and everyone had their own space. I will be sure to keep your info and give you a call next time we are looking for another vacation rental. Thank you so much.

When I came across this house on VRBO it seemed too good to be true... but it only got better in person. I came for the weekend with my best friends to celebrate a birthday and it could not have been more perfect. The property is BEAUTIFUL, spacious, and modern. It's also perfectly located near town... not that it mattered because we never wanted to leave the house! Thanks Kevin- we'd love to come back sometime soon!!

We had the pleasure of staying here over the holidays and really enjoyed this magnificent home. The open floor plan, views to the backyard and pool, are spectacular. The master suite is really luxurious. The big "green" wall of shrubs that frames the pool allowed privacy and tranquility, and the neighborhood is great. Blocks from the ACE hotel, we slipped out to enjoy some spa and adult stimulation. Most commendable however, was the house manager and owner, who really stepped up when an unforeseen problem (4 days of crazy rain) reared its head. Feel comfort in knowing you are dealing with honest and reputable people, who really go out of their way to insure your dwellings are top notch. We'll be back!

Thank you so much for accommodating our stay in your home! We had an amazing weekend. The house was so spacious, and everyone was able to experience their own privacy in very comfortable rooms. The decorations were modern and superb, and really made it feel like we were getting far away for the weekend. The kitchen was extremely spacious and had everything we needed. The back yard area was nice and open, a perfect place to spend our warm nights by the grill. Big plus was the stereo hook up that played music throughout the house-- very fun and convenient! I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a wonderful getaway. We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future! Thanks for everything!

Don't ever stay here

We stayed there for my 30th birthday in the middle of June with 12 people. First off there were issues with the house from the beginning: - main stereo was broken - BBQ did not ignite - Ants were crawling on my wifes head while we slept in the master bedroom!! This alone was worthy of a poor review, however this is not the reason why I am urging you not to stay at this property. The homeowner was unwilling to return my refunadable deposit. He became unresposive and would not return emails or phone calls for almost 2 weeks. I still never heard from him and had to have my bank refund my money. Maybe he was busy, maybe there is some sort of excuse why he was not able to answer my emails or return my phonecalls, but when a friend emailed him regarding renting his house, he responded within 2 hours. I urge you not to stay at this property.

Owner response:This renter notified us of the 3 issues listed above after check out via email. We have a house manager that is on call and is more than willing to deal with issues as they arise the day of the issue to ensure the best possible stay for our guests. We did not find ants after their stay, but did hire and exterminator to treat the premises. The stereo receiver had been blown due to a power surge and we replaced it within 24 hours of being notified of its malfunction. The BBQ was fine, we tested it several times after they checked out and were able to easily light it each time. The renter above failed to mention the unauthorized party that was given on site during his stay, that prompted complaints from 7 different neighbors. It was our first noise complaint in over 5 years of great rentals. Our contract stipulates that unauthorized large parties are not permitted unless previoulsy approved and that at all times the tenants must be respectful of the neighbors. We have responded to all of his correspondence. Unfortunately, he didn't understand his reponsibility as a tenant to show reasonable respect for the neighbors and neighborhood.
