Indian Palm Village was the most affordable single-family home development in Indian Wells, and is the perfect location to enjoy golf, shopping, and local events such as world professional tennis and golf tournaments. I love the mid-century syle of the architecture. It reminds me of the days when I stayed at the desert as a child.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The unique development of Indian Palm Village provides a relaxing setting with the pool and expansive back yard with the greenbelt and walkways. I can walk to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and the Indian Wells Resort near the Hyatt Grand Champions. Plenty of entertainment is nearby at the local restaurants and casinos. I can also choose to stay home to cook, read by the pool, or watch the big screen TV. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet.

I grew up in Orange County, California, near the Ocean, but I love the desert! Since I can remember as a child, I've been going to the California desert for vacation. As I grew older, I found the Palm Springs area to be the perfect place to unwind and have fun. A few years ago, after attending the Bob Hope Classic Golf Tournament, there was no question, I had to invest in my own desert home. I hope you'll enjoy all that desert has to offer.
