2 bedroom, 1 bath 3rd floor condo. Mountain view from each room. Short walk to peak 9 and Main Street. 100 feet from bus stop - free bus takes you to any Summit County Resort - operates from 6 am to 1:30 am daily.

Sleeps 4. 1 queen-size and 1 full bed, futon and extra mattress. 10 pm noise curfew. 42-in HD LCD flat screen TV with DVD player, cable, wireless Internet access. Non-smoking. No pets.

Breckenridge is beautiful year round. Don't miss the Music Festival, Arts Festival, Jazz & Wine Festival, Snow Sculpting, etc. Walk along the Riverwalk, explore the many local hikes, or visit the indoor/outdoor ice skating rink just 1/4 mile off Main Street. Shop and eat along Main Street (Italian, European, Japanese, Mexican, Seafood, Steakhouse). Enjoy the complete absence of all fast food chains. Ski, Snowboard, or just take the Gondola up the mountain to sit back and enjoy the most breathtaking view ever!
