Welcome to Cozy Creek Cabin! At approximately 4300 feet elevation in Maggie Valley, North Carolina, Cozy Creek Cabin is within 1 mile of the Cataloochee Ski Area (skiing, snowboarding and tubing in the winter), Cataloochee Ranch horseback riding (summer), and just up the mountain from Ghost Town in the Sky and Fie Top Flumes winter/summer tubing.
Please visit us online at www.CozyCreekCabin.com for more information and photos. Cozy Creek Cabin has been a rental for years, and is under new ownership as of May 2013.
Our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom cabin sits on 1.5 acres with over 413’ of Fie Top Creek running through the property. Across the creek we have a nice, large flat yard, perfect for a picnic, watching or accessing the creek, or playing. The cabin has central air and heat, but when weather permits there is nothing like falling asleep listening to the creek flow with the windows open. Enjoy an evening watching the stars from the hot tub or just relax by the wood burning stone fireplace - we'll even provide you with firewood!
We are minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway for some beautiful sightseeing. Endless possibilities for entertainment are found in Maggie Valley, as well as nearby Waynesville, Cherokee and Asheville. Ride the Great Smoky Mountain Railway, visit the Cherokee Indian Reservation, go whitewater rafting or hiking. It’s up to you! After exploring, you will have a peaceful, cozy cabin to return to, with relaxing sounds of the rushing creek just out your door.
Walking along the creek, you may catch a glimpse of our mountain speckled trout. Cook-out with the charcoal grill or whip up a meal in the fully equipped and modern kitchen. Mid 2013 we added a new queen sleeper sofa, rocking chair and flat screen tv in the living room, as well as new bath linens and kitchen items. Cabin offers washer/dryer (new dryer in October 2013), 2 TVs (Direct TV), DVD, VHS, microwave, wireless internet, and free long distance within the continental United States. Want to bring Fido or Fluffy along? Well behaved pets (25 pounds and under) are always welcome ($75 pet fee applies).
Open year round, Cozy Creek Cabin is accessed by paved and well-maintained Fie Top Road to our well-packed gravel driveway.
Motorcycle accessibility: Packed, loose gravel on a downhill slope driveway. Please come in SLOWLY and use back brake to remain slow.
NO SMOKING in Cabin.

R Place is a secluded home away from home. Although secluded, you have all ammenities with the comforts of home. Georgeous view, cozy fireplace, and local to everything, including skiing just up the hill.A short drive to the famous Biltmore mansion with a winery, which was one of the highlights of the trip. Very clean and comfortable, shich is a plus when vacationing. We had a great time.

What a great time!
Thanks Kathy for a wonderful stay at your cabin! The weather was absolutely perfect, and the cabin was just as described. It was very comfortable and homey feeling. It's far enough in the mountains, yet very close to anything you might need in town. The creek seemed to be our favorite place to visit, and I finally got my parents to visit Maggie Valley, and they were very impressed. Hopefully they will finally decide to retire and purchase a cabin similiar to yours. We'd love to come back and see the leaves changing in the fall. If we do, we will definitely be contacting you for another stay at your cabin. Thanks again!

My husband and I highly recommend this cabin and location. We were surrounded by peace, tranquility and hospitality. The rushing creek added to the natural beauty of the area. Our days were filled with adventures on the Blue Ridge Parkway and exploring the Great Smokey Mountains. Returning every evening to the well appointed cabin, with the beautiful fireplace made a perfect ending to every day ! We look forward to visiting again at our next opportunity.

We stayed here in Oct of 09, and loved it! It's so cozy, but has everything we needed. Our Golden loved it, and loved playing in the creek. The location is great, you are out of the main part of Maggie Valley, but it's just minutes down the mountain. We plan to stay here again!

We had an incredible time in Maggie Valley. We loved the location of your cabin. It took us minutes to get to & from the ski lodge & tubing. The layout, amenities, privacy and decor were very inviting and we hope to return in the near future.

About the owner: A long time vacation rental, this cabin is newly owned and named as of the end of May 2013 Our family has always loved visiting the Smoky Mountains, in particular western North Carolina. Our cabin has been beautifully maintained, and we look forward to continuing as a vacation rental with the same supportive team of folks who lovingly care for it.
