Private, lush and creative, this 4-room apartment is fully furnished with amenities including a flat screen TV, enhanced with a surround sound system. This apartment has central heat and air, one queen size bed, one sofa bed, LARGE closets, private patio with pergola and full kitchen. It is close to down town Abingdon (1.5 miles). This is a great place for business or pleasure. Please inquire if you have questions or additional needs.
Located off Walden Road, just past Stanley Drive, look for 2 wagon wheels on the left side of the road for a sign that reads: Seven Maples. The apartment is located up the drive in the white building. Take the drive-way up and turn to the right following the sign that reads GALLERY. Please call when you are close to the property so that we can greet you and give you a key.
**Rental rates for Bristol Race Week in March and August of 2011 are $250 per night for two people. Minimum two night stay is required.
Refunds: We do not charge your card until you have confirmed your date with a phone call. After we have charged your card we reserve the right to keep one or more nights that you requested or the processing fee that we incure by creditting your credit card should you cancel at the last minute. We have made accomodations and reservations for you and possibly turned away others that needed a place to stay.

Great place to stay, great view. Had everything we needed and more than we would have had in a hotel. We appreciated the personal touches and owners' flexibility on short notice.

This is one of the most comfortable and beautiful places we have ever stayed away from home!!! All the amenities you need are available and the view is unbelievable!!! (Very close to all of the local attractions) We would love to stay here again!
