  We are three couples celebrating our anniversaries the same week and what a great place to spend it. Nicely appointed unit, clean, comfortable and affordable.Seth was very easy to work with and the few concerns we had he was immediately on top of it. Great resaurants and places to shop. We highly recommend R Bar, looks like a hole in the wall but food was superb. The culmination of our stay was observing the sea turtle coming up on the beach to lay her eggs at night. What a sight! We will be back.

  I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience this was ... from the beginning, Seth was so easy to work with. This was our first time renting through vrbo.com, and I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive ... but thanks to Seth, we are now sold on renting through vrbo.com. We loved being right on the beach ... the balcony was spacious and a perfect spot to relax and listen to the waves hitting the shore. The condo was nicely appointed, clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

In other big news, although I suspect you found our flat-screen TVs in the condo to be more then adequate...they've all just grown. Starting today the condo features a 58" flat screen in the living room and upgraded/larger TV's in each bedroom. • Perfect Getaway!

  This property provided our family the perfect getaway! Of course, being lucky enough to have had amazing weather - sun and 85 degrees every single day of our stay - didn't hurt, either! But Seth's condo is wonderful - very nicely decorated, granite counters throughout, nicely stocked kitchen, and that balcony - that's the best part! There is enough space on the balcony for a table with four chairs, plus 2 loungers, plus still room to roam around. It's amazing, and provides the perfect spot to watch the sunset... that is, if you don't want to be on the beautiful beach to watch it more intimately. The pool area at this condo is also very nice - never very crowded, always clean, nice hot tub, too. Our family of 6 could not have found a better place to unwind. Wish we could do this every year. Still, we will definitely be back, and we will be telling our friends and families to nab this spot whenever they can!

  First time to both the condo and Madeira Beach ! Our guest included two grandparents, to parents and two grandkids ! The condo was very nice with all the essentials for a great week at the beach. The rooms were clean, the balcony was big, the pool was perfect and the ocean was still warm. We had a great time spending all day going from the beach to the pool and back again. The other familys staying at the condo were very nice and the pool was never too full. We watched sunsets everynight from either the beach or balcony and enjoyed perfect weather ! Went out to eat most evenings where we enjoyed great dining at all the local restraunts that were within a short drive. We are very excited and looking forward to returning for a fall vacation here at the condo and Madeira Beach !

  Everything was as described. The view was wonderful and watching the dolphins was amazing. The unit had plenty of room to accomodate 8. The Kandy Kitchen is a must to visit. I would recommend hiring a different cleaning crew, there were some minor issues which could be easily resolved.

Keeping the condo at a very high standard of cleanliness has always been a priority of mine. That is the main reason I hire the cleaning staff personally, rather then relying on the building's cleaners who continuously receive poor reviews. Although I'd like my staff to be perfect every time, occasionally human error creeps into the equation. I realize that the issue you had was minor, and I was very encouraged that my cleaning manager/owner came directly to the condo to rectify the situation immediately. I wish mistakes were never made, but hopefully you feel as I do...that responsiveness and rectification of an error is a true sign of a professional operation. I will certainly be keeping an eye on the cleaner's attention to detail. I look forward to an opportunity to earn my fifth star (in the rating system) from you, as I would welcome a chance to have you back at the condo.   Spacious, beautifully decorated and updated 3 BR. Have stayed here several times; have tried others in the building. All are nice; this one is the best! Great for families. Beautiful ocean front view from the living room, master and the huge balcony is awesome!

  Our family had a great stay at this condo. My wife and I vacationed here for the first time 12 years ago and decided then that when we had kids old enough, we were comming back. The kids were initially disappointed that we weren't going back to the Disney resorts, but after a couple of days here, they were already planning to go back next year. The condo was just as described and Seth was very prompt with communications and transactions. We have traveled to Florida several times and this condo is at the top of our list for a relaxing and enjoyable place to spend a vacation.

  After years of renting different units at Seaview, we were so lucky to have found Seth and this unit! We haven't been in every single condo, but we have stayed in enough to know that this unit is the nicest and cleanest. I would have expected it to be more expensive then the rest, yet for some reason it was the most competitively priced. The rental process was straight forward, payment simple through a secure website, and deposit refund was processed the day we left. (I don't want to say anything bad, but if you've been to Seaview before you'll understand this. At this unit, you don't have to deal with the unresponsive and unfriendly office staff. The unit has it's own cleaning/maintenance people which is why it's actually clean.) Thank you for opening up your vacation home to our family. We look forward to a return trip next year!

  My family stayed in this condo in July. We were pleased with everything. The condo is very clean and well maintained. They have done many updates and it looks great. The rental process was very smooth and easy. Seth was nice to deal with.

  We just got back from Seaview and had a great time. The balcony is one of the largest we have had in a vacation rental, and that was my favorite spot. The pool was perfect for the kids and the beach was very relaxing for the adults. The condo was spacious enough for all of us and was exactly as described. Thank you!

  The condo was as advertised. Very spacious, and great view. The floors were very dirty which was disappointing. Kids kept their shoes on all the time or their feet would be black. Appliances were great, kitchen well equipped. Dealing with Seth and Paula was easy and simple.They were easy to reach and courtious. Overall good value for the money.

Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset on Madeira Beach is one of my happiest times. I’m very sorry to hear about your impression of the condo’s floors. Of course, being on top of the beach as we are, it is impossible to keep every spec of sand out. I will, however, take an extra close look at them on the next turnover and make them shine. Had you mentioned your concern to us during your stay, we would have done everything we could to keep your kids feet clean. (Since we worked with you to find an unconventional means to make payment, helped you connect to the internet, drove over to show you how to use the DVD player, etc….I’m sure you would not have been surprised to see us in the condo polishing the floors to your standards.) I am happy that your overall impression was positive, and hope we get a chance to earn a ‘5 out of 5’ rating by hosting you again in the future.

  My family & I stayed in this condo from June 26 - July 3, 2010. It was wonderful to watch the dolphins from the balcony every morning. It's a very nice condo and my experience with the owner and my contact for rental (her brother) was absolutely wonderful. They quickly addressed questions or anything else we needed. If you are traveling to Madeira Beach I highly recommend this condo. I have saved the information for future use.
