Nestled literally IN THE MIDDLE of Green Valley's oldest and most beautiful 18 hole golf course. Because of it's setting, you will have a 180 degree+ PRIVATE golf course, Santa Rita Mountains view The Santa Cruz River is on the far side of the course. It is just 4 walking minutes from the Haven Golf Course Club House, The 9-hole Tortuga Executive Par 3 and the heated full size pool and hot tub at the East Recreational Center. Tucson is a short drive up Highway 19 and has all the amenities of city life, if you so desire, stop in at the beautiful Desert Diamond Casino on the way.

When you are ready to kick back, the living room boasts a 42" Panasonic flat screen TV with VCR and DVD. The highly polished saltillo tiles reflect the view created by the wall of windows facing the golf course. A fully stocked bar and hundreds of books, videos and Cd's are available for your enjoyment. Furniture throughout this well-appointed home is new including: a leather sofa and two Lazy Boy recliners and a high-end King pillow-top bed.
