Come relax in our spacious beach house! It is conveniently located across the street from the heated community pool. The beautiful emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico is a quick 100 yd. walk. You'll even enjoy a small glimpse of the ocean from the kitchen and balcony of the second floor living space.
This home to offers you serenity and peace, while only a short drive to terrific shopping, restaurants and other attractions. Our home is located just off 30-A and is situated between the communities of Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Destin is a 25-minute drive to the west, and Panama City is a 25 minute drive to the east.
The home features a large open living area with a 50-inch HDTV and DVD player. For your convenience, we offer our guests free long distance phone calls within the United States and free wireless internet service (bring your own computer). Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry make the kitchen a great place to prepare a quick meal or to entertain family and friends. The eating area includes a table for 6 people and a bar for 3 people. In addition, you will catch the sunrise or sunset while enjoying the outdoor dining table and chairs on a porch just off the great room.
Rest and relaxation is discovered in the three master suites (1 queen, 1 queen, 2 twins) each with its own bathroom and flat screen LCD TV. Two of the three bedrooms have 19" Flat Screen TV's along with DVD players. The other bedroom (queen) has a larger Flat Screen TV without a DVD player. The kids will love having their own space to hang out. They'll also enjoy playing games on the Nintendo Game Cube. An additional special feature that makes this home unique, is the bunk area, which contains one set of bunk beds.
You will enjoy all of the comforts of home in our beach house. The close proximity to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and pool are added bonuses. Finally, for your peace of mind, our property manager is located within minutes of the home.

Why the Owner Chose Magnolia Cottages by the Sea
My family has always enjoyed an annual beach vacation. We've enjoyed beaches in California, Maine, Massachusetts, Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina. My husband introduced me to the Beaches of South Walton in June of 2007. I fell in love with the beautiful water and the white soft sand. I knew that this was a place that I'd like to return to over and over again. Quickly, I began looking at property in the area. I knew the 30A area was the perfect place for me. I liked the fact that there were no high rise buildings located in the quaint little beach towns found along route 30A. I also enjoyed the family friendly, relaxing and laid back atmosphere. The area is fairly quiet, but also within a quick bike ride to fantastic restaurants and shopping. I also like that the home is only about 15 - 20 minutes from Panama City Beach (Pier Park) to the east and Sandestin/Destin to the west. Those areas offer even more shopping, restaurants and movie theaters.
The Unique Benefits at this House
After staying in many hotels and rental homes, I have tried to fill the home with all of the conveniences that we have enjoyed during our travels. We often travel with children, extended family and Grandparents. We have tried to create an atmosphere that will be enjoyable for people of all ages. My children have stocked the home with board games, a nintendo game cube (and games), as well as, I-Pod clock radios and cool flat screen TV's (most of which have DVD players). You'll find plenty of space for people to gather and enjoy each other, however, you'll also find places to go for some solitude. The large (1,716 sq. foot) floor plan includes 3 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 baths, plus a bunk area. It provides guests a little extra space that many of the other houses in the neighborhood simply can't offer. Guests mention that they like the 1st floor deck with a lounge chair and a rocking chair. Although, if you want to catch a little glimpse of the ocean, head up to the 2nd floor living space and porch. There are two 2nd floor porches, the porch with the dining table offers a small view of the ocean. If you want to get closer to the water, you can walk across the street to the community pool or walk 4 houses down the street to the deeded beach access entry.

I live in Columbus, Ohio along with my husband and two children (daughter 10 yrs old a son 14 years old). I've always loved the beach. As a little girl, I lived just steps away from the Massachusetts shore in a little town called Scituate, Mass. After moving to Ohio in 11th grade, I promised myself that I would some day return to the beach. Until then, I took up golf and tennis. (Central Ohio is very flat and TOO cold in the winter!)
