Raven's Roost is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, rambler style townhome located on the south edge of Winthrop. This is a fully furnished two-story condo sharing only one neighboring wall, with full kitchen, gas fireplace, TV/VCR w/satellite, garage for storage of skis, mountain bikes, etc., and a deck with cross-valley view. You can ski and bike just minutes from the door (ski trail access is just .7 miles). There are great little hills for sledding during the winter and playing in the snow with kids!
Two bedrooms (each with queen bed) are on the main floor with the third bedroom (with 2 twin beds) upstairs. The sofa in living room also pulls out to full-sized sleeper.
Living room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry room, and 2 Bathrooms are also on the main floor. For large groups, consider renting both this and next-door Owl Crossing.
