Pagosa Home of Warmth & Light can be your home to enjoy any of these activities or to create your own memorable getaway. Conveniently located in uptown Pagosa Springs with stunning mountain & lake views, this 3bedroom/2bath home comfortably sleeps 5-9.
The home is artfully decorated, well-appointed, and comfortably furnished to provide a relaxing escape from day to day living. Extra care was taken to provide you with the little details to make your stay more enjoyable. We also made efforts to keep the home "green" by installing water- and energy-saving features, and furnishing with products made from sustainable textiles and purchased from local businesses. In keeping with the idea of relaxation in a beautiful place, we opted not to include a television so you may spend more time relaxing, sharing time with your loved ones or listening to the peaceful sounds of birds.
The home is situated across the street from Lake Forest in a quiet neighborhood. The lake is well-suited for fishing, canoing, or strolls along the shore where one can see abundant fish and bird life. The sun shines at least 300 days each year, and from several rooms in the house one has views to the north of Pagosa Peak and the Weminuche Range, of the South San Juan Range to the east, and vibrant sunsets to the west.
