You are minutes from downtown, the airport, University of Phoenix Stadium, Jobing.Com Arena, Chase Field, Spring Training Fields, Phoenix Zoo, WaterWorld, Wild Life World Zoo, Lake Pleasant (water fun), Down Town Phoenix events, Sky Harbor Airport, Anthem, Deer Valley Airport, Horseback Riding...the list goes on.
Short walk to Metro Center Mall, Castles and Coasters Amusement Park (double loop coaster), Starbucks, Mi Mi's Cafe, BlockBuster, Chipotle, Red Lobster, Black Angus, Garcias, Islands Burgers, FatBurger, Grocery Store and more. Why the Owner Chose Other Phoenix Properties
Comfy Condo was purchased in love! LeAnne had taken a job and received a sign on bonus that she was unaware of. With this money, Pete & LeAnne decided to purchase Comfy Condo to help out a family member who needed housing. Once the family member was back on her feet, Pete & LeAnne rented Comfy Condo to a nice retired school teacher. This man took good care of Comfy Condo however, our next renter 'trashed' the place. After that we totalled remodeled and repaired our 'Comfy Condo' and decided that we would rent it only as a vacation home away from home for people who would love and care for Comfy Condo as their own. Thus far, we have never had a disappointed guest. Comfy Condo has been an oasis to all who have stayed thre.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Comfy Condo is quite and relaxing, One walks in the door and the feeling is 'ahhhh'. The colors are warm and inviting as is the decor. The beds, sofas, and chairs were chosen for comfort. There are large windows with beautiful lash landscaping and a small private patio. The location is also awesome. Comfy Condo is near all major freeways and easily accessible to where ever one would need or want to be in the Phoenix area.
