  The photos don't lie. The view was spectacular from all rooms. The condo was immaculate. We had one small problem and Bill did everything in his power to correct the problem. Niel and Rose were on the property regularly if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this condo.

  This was my first time using VRBO and did I luck out! I had a FANTASTIC time in this place. I was hesitant in paying via credit card but Bill, the owner, reassured me by stating that he had been posting since 1997 and VRBO removes scammers as they are reported. Not only was that an eye-opener but now I know what to look for when going through VRBO in the future. First off, the suite was gigantic. There was a big living room, nice balcony, two bedrooms with walk-in closets, two bathrooms, etc. The place can easily sleep six people comfortably. I wanted something that was simple and tastefully decorated so I wouldn’t feel like I was staying in someone else’s home. Well the pictures online were true to form. In addition, the place was spotless and fully stocked. It had everything from pots and pans, dishes, hair dryers in each bathroom, A/C and fans in every room. It even had the small things you don’t think about like liquid soap in the bathrooms, trash bins in the bedrooms and paper towels in the kitchen. And on top of it all, Internet is free as well as local calls and long-distance calls to other parts of the US and Canada. The building is actually a resort hotel so you have the pool in the back, bar outside, Japanese restaurant below and a small snack corner. And the place faces the ocean so you wake up to see the rolling waves come in right outside your window. The location is also amazing. There are two different buses (#11 and #36) right out front that go directly down to Las Olas and Sunset Blvds. It’s only 5 minutes to Sunrise and 10 minutes to Las Olas…all for roughly $2.00 a trip. Forget taxis! The Winn-Dixie supermarket is one block up next to the CVS pharmacy and there’s a McDonald’s right out front with Dunkin Donuts up a little farther. Lastly, the owner and staff at the place were so helpful. Bill was forthcoming about everything and promptly returned my security deposit after my stay. Neill and Rose in the sales office were very pleasant and onsite to give me the keys, show me the place and answer all my questions. I met Elizabeth, the bubbly cleaning lady, downstairs in the laundry room by accident one day. She recognized a towel from the suite in one of the dryers and before I arrived, had folded all my laundry! If I ever go back to Fort Lauderdale, I’ll be contacting Bill again for sure.

  I had a GREAT experience overall with just about everything! The condo Owner Mr. Bill is absolutely amazing, he made me feel so secure when dealing with the financial aspect of it all. The condo was exactly what we needed and view is breath-taking! The balcony was a large balcony which we all appreciated as we sipped our morning coffee and watched the sun rise day to day. The pool is huge with lots of chairs to lay out and the tiki bar not only has great drinks but it's right next to both the pool and the beach. The property also had the Tokyo Lounge available which offered great drink specials and entertained us at night. I would and will be staying again and again! There's also a limo service down stairs that is very affordable and came in handy when we wanted a night on the town! A+ all the way!

  This place works out wonderfully for a couple and 2 singles. View was great from the balcony, living room and master bedroom of our unit. There were no table lamps in the condo and the O/M guy (Neill) and his wife helped when we needed a lamp. We got the remotes fixed so you only need one per TV. The valet was $7 a day but they expect a tip when you move the car. This is no fault of the owner but, valet scuffed our hubcap when parking and told us it would be a $100 to review the security tape to prove damage. Amenities: The coffee shop in the lobby was really convenient. The restaurant was a really happening trendy place on the weekend night but otherwise seemed closed. The tiki bar’s breakfast was really good. There are coupons in the local travel books outside the realtor’s office (in Lobby) for buy a drink get one free at the tiki bar. Also McD’s and a grocery store are a short walking distance. Anglin's Fishing Pier can be seen up the beach. Central Ft Lauderdale with the really packed restaurants and bars are a 10 minute drive south. Pool: opens at 9am closes at 8 or 9 pm. Pool’s temperature was “like bath water” in September. Beach: There was always one wicker lounger on the beach in the early morning and late evening to sit. Around 9am renting chairs was $5 each and umbrellas were $10. Rent towels at the pool for a $5 refundable deposit. There is a jet ski rental set up in front of the next resort. My mom has knee problems and cannot walk long distances. The wide of the beach to the water was perfect. This place was GREAT, GREAT, GREAT. We would stay again.

  All 3 of Bill's condos are as he advertises, clean, modern, well appointed w/ great ocean views and a great complex to stay in. He has returned my security deposit as agreed all 3 times i've rented from him. His guy at the O/M ( Niell ) has been there w/ our keys just as promised. All and all, we intend on going back whenever we have the chance.

  We loved our stay at your condo. It was nice, very clean, and what about the view was magnificent. The pool is beautiful. We use the shuttle for our trips to the airport, we are satisfied with the service. A nice place to spend a nice holiday. The Winn Dixie grocery store was across the street. We found a very good Italian restaurant just near the condo. We are ready to return in the future.

  My wife and the two kids had a great week here. Met Neill for keys, got right into the unit. Condo was great, very clean, comfortable. We spent all our time at the pool, and loved the Tiki Bar there. Pina Coladas for me, burgers for the kids. We did walk off property at night, and found two great restaurants, one Greek, the other Italian. The Winn Dixie grocery store was across the street, so was a McDonalds.

  Nice place to stay. Could hear every movement in condo upstairs. That darn ceramic tile. Ocean Manor is an old building but has some updates. Washer and dryer in the very bottom of building and it is a scary place. Made my husband stay down there with me. VRBO needs to update the info on the parking at O M. No matter where you park here IT COSTS YOU...............The go to guy to get the key for condo was not reliable or professional.

  Owner response: Parking costs $25 a week, and is unlimited valet parking after you pay that $25. The property manager is very reliable and professional; your flight was 3 hours delayed, and had you called him, keys would have been waiting for you. I am glad you had a great vacation!
