Why the Owner Chose Quail Creek
We really had no intention of renting our home but decided since we are unable at this time to spend winters in Quail Creek, we would share our home with others who can get away! I have used VRBO in the past to rent places and know that all the places have been lovely!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Probably the best thing about the community is the friendly people! If you go out for a walk, be prepared to come home with new friends! I have never been in a community that is as friendly as this. Everyone is more than helpful with any questions! Contrary to what I believed when we bought, most people live there year round! And the average age is younger that we had thought!
