Totally as advertised. The house and property could not have been more beautiful. The owner was most accomodating with any requests we had. Our only regret is we could only stay 2 months due to a prior commitment. The listing photos on this property do not do it justice. Beautiful SW decor and well-maintained. The owner was very helpful and accomodating. Very clean with a nice pool area. We would recommend it to friends and family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+.

My wife and I, and two friends stayed in this beautiful house in Spring 2009, The interior is beautifully clean and tastefully furnished, with all the facilities needed for a fabulous holiday, the pool area is quite large with ample seating for 6 people and the heated pool was a joy on cool evenings. Highly recommended .Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We stayed at this home for the month of April, 2010. It is exactly as described, and pictured on the VRBO website. The property was clean, tidy & regularly maintained by professionals. The pool was clean & sparkly. The homeowner was very helpful with any questions we had, and was readily available. We would definately recommend this place to a friend or relative. We would have rented this in 2011, but we loved the Lake Havasu City & area so much, we bought a house there! Exceptional weather, lots of exciting events, great restaurants, and very friendly people made our stay here want to last forever.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We fell in love with Lake Havasu on our first visit, many years ago . As young newlyweds, and just starting out, we could not readily afford the home of our dreams. We started out camping in a tent at Crazy Horse, later bought a trailer, and in subsequent years upgraded to our first home; a two bedroom condo on the Island. In 2004, the opportunity to purchase this home presented itself. I had watched this property go up as it was built by the original owners and clearly remembered passing by and thinking how perfect of a home it would be for our family. Today, we are thrilled to call it our home away from home. We will share it with you if you promise to treat it gently and enjoy it as much as we do.
