This four bedroom Townhouse in Regal Palms Four Star Resort is large enough to accommodate two families and is only 8 miles to all Disney Attractions. The house has a private driveway and is fully furnished with Private Bedrooms that include a King-Size Master Suite, Queen-Size Master Suite and 2 further bedrooms with Twin Beds, 3 full size baths and one half bath.
The balcony from the Master bedroom overlooks the 2.5 acre pool with Water-Slide, Lazy-River, and Hot Tub. You can enjoy the play area with the kids, or work out at the fitness center while the kids play in the clubhouse game room. The clubhouse is designed with a day spa where you could have a facial or relax in the Jacuzzi or the Steam Room.
Unlike most other communities, Regal Palms is complete with a Restaurant and Bar with plasma TV’s to watch the Sports, and Game Shows. It is conveniently located adjacent to the pool, with indoor and outdoor seating. You can enjoy casual dining throughout the day and evening with poolside service. The clubhouse also features a business center with internet facilities,and a variety of guest services including 24-hour check in, maintenance, and customer care center.
If you are a golfer there is an 18 hole, 72 PAR CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSE adjacent to the resort at Highlands Reserve....OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

We purchased our house to have somewhere fun for our family and friends to gather when we visit Florida. We live in Michigan with very cold winters and the kids absolutely love spending all day at the fabulous water facilities at the resort. The theme parks are close by and you can choose whether you want a busy or very relaxing time at Regal Palms.
Why the Owner Chose Regal Palms
Regal Palms is in a great spot for visiting the main theme parks, restaurants and bars. It is however far enough away that you are not living on top of all the action. So the resort offers the best of both worlds. The facilities at this resort and it's location are the two reasons we bought a home here. If you choose to have a busy day at the parks you have somewhere nice and relaxing to return to. If you choose to relax for the day, you and the kids have a great place to play or take it easy with shops, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. Definitely a superb family resort.

Keith & Paula, We just wanted you to know that our family had a wonderful time in Florida. The resort was very nice and the condo was great! There was plenty of room for all of us and everything was excellent. The whole family was very impressed with the accommodations and we all had a great time. Thanks, Brenda
