Right on the Gulf of Mexico! CORNER UNIT!!!!! Beautiful white sand beach and 10th floor views, not too high, not too low! Sit on the huge balcony and watch the sunset and blue-green waters of the ocean. Find out why they call this area the Emerald Coast! KEYLESS ENTRY!!! Enjoy deep sea fishing, collect shells or enjoy the sun in our beautifully decorated unit. Hot tubs, a workout facility, steam room, and sauna are all available for your use, not to mention one of the largest outlet shopping malls in the U.S. is just 15 minutes away!
The living room has a HUGE 42" HIGH DEFINITION TV, with HD cable programming, and there are two other flat screen televisions with DVD players in the other rooms! The large living area has a high ceiling with crown molding and a ceiling fan. Step out onto the balcony for incredible views of the ocean, the lagoon, and the pool!
There are three bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The master bedroom has a large private bedroom and bath area. The master also has a king size bed and large sliding glass doors that open to the beachfront balcony. The two other rooms come with queen size beds, and the sofa pulls out into a bed too! The north bedroom has its own private balcony that overlooks the lagoon. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, a side by side refrigerator, stove & microwave, and dishwasher, and it is fully stocked with all appliances, cookware and tableware. Two can sit at the large bar, and six can sit at the large family table.
The 10th floor views are spectacular!!!
The complex has a sauna, a steam room, a fitness room that overlooks the ocean, and an indoor/outdoor heated pool. Come relax and enjoy...you deserve the best.

Why the Owner Chose Island Royale
My name is Todd Grisham and my wife Alyson and I have long loved the beauty of our hidden gem in Gulf Shores!
I grew up in Bay Minette, AL which is about 45 minutes away. As a child, my family used to come to a Gulf Shores condo on our summer vacation. My father and I always dreamed of owning one of our own.... and here it is! Island Royale is a new complex perfectly placed on a private beach with PLENTY to see and do nearby. We hope you can come and enjoy our beach home as much as we do.

my family and i spent this last spring break at this condo and it was amazing! the decor was beatiful. wekitchen was full stocked and it was close to everything. we had a great time and would definitly recomend this unit.it was truly amazing!

We loved staying in Todd's condo! The location was perfect and the view was great! We had a total of 7 people and everyone had plenty of room. Our three teenage daughters loved the pool and hot tubs. The condo was such a nice retreat for us. With three adult couples, it was wonderful for us all to have our own bedroom and bathroom. Also, besides having an amazing view of the ocean, the second bedroom had a beautiful view of the bay as well! the owners were wonderful as well about responding in a timely manner to any questions I had. All in all, a wonderful vacation spot!

We stayed at Todd's unit January 2010 thru March 13, 2010. We found the unit as advertised and Todd was easy to work with. The location is excellent and the unit has an outstanding view. We can only imagine how nice this unit would be in the spring, summer and fall. We plan on returning next winter.

if your headed to gulf shores...check with todd first on their condo...location, neatness, keyless entry a big plus(no more...who has a door key?)..todd was polite, courteous, fast to respond to any questions either by phone or e-mail. we had a great time..and i'm sure you will also.
