Juniper Springs is Mammoth Mountain’s finest full-amenity ski-in/ski-out resort property. Our studio condominium is fully equipped with every comfort you can imagine. Take the elevator downstairs, visit your private ski locker, walk a few steps, and grab your board or put on your skis! The Eagle Express chair lift is right next door with lift ticket sales, group and private ski lessons, ski rentals, and outdoor dining. Our condo has a gigantic deck with teak Adirondack lounge chairs offering a view of the White Mountains and Chair 15 (Little Eagle). Get your morning mocha in the downstairs coffee shop and drink it out on your huge deck. There is a new queen size bed with goose down feather-topper, down comforter and down pillows. The new furnishings include a comfortable pull-out sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV with built-in DVD and camera-card players, gas log fireplace, and in-room high-speed cable internet access. Downstairs is a coffee shop and beautiful hearth room with a roaring fire, and great mountain photographic exhibits. The pool is one of Mammoth’s few all-season heated pools, beautifully maintained. Even during snow storms kids of all ages can be seen frolicking in shorts and bikinis in the pool and the three spacious out-door hot-tubs! There is also a new game room with PlayStation3, XBox 360, and Wii, all with huge flat screen TVs, vibrating game chairs, wireless remotes and tons of games! Ping Pong, too. Off the lobby there is a ski and snowboard rental and repair shop where you can get an overnight tune-up. Parking is in an underground security garage. There is even a fitness room, and the washer and dryer are just down the hall from your private condo. This is one of the most pleasant and luxurious places to stay in all of Mammoth, and you will be sure to have a fabulous holiday staying in our home!

Juniper Springs is Mammoth's first, best and original slope-side condo hotel. We fell in love with it the very first time that we found it, and bought our first unit here on the same day. The amenities are without peer: fabulous game room, three hot tubs, one of the very few all-year heated pools, coffee shop, art exhibits, security parking, ski lockers, and of course being directly adjacent to the ski lift - you really cannot do any better!

Never having to get in your car unless you really want to - you walk out the door and put on your board or skis! And then there are the shuttles that run to the Village, ski rentals and lessons right next door, really great social atmosphere, hanging out in the Great Hearth Room with your PC checking your email on the free wifi connection - what's not to like?

We have been skiing, hiking, biking and enjoying Mammoth Lakes and the Eastern Sierra for over thirty years. When we bought our first properties here, it was at Juniper Springs Resort. We just fell in love with the property, and have owned several condos here. Juniper Springs has an unsurpassed combination of location and amenities. It's that simple. Spectacular location, combined with phenomenal amenities. We feel very deeply a sense of loyalty to Mammoth Lakes, the Mountain and to Juniper Springs in particular, and we take real pride in our slope-side rentals, and in taking great care of our guests.
