  After returning for many years to Barbados, we can only recommend visitors to this beautiful villa with fabulous pool.The owners Gert and Annelise are always pleased to help wherever possible.The property is well maintained and very clean,the quite area of Sunset Crest makes it a perfect place to relax and the shops are within a very short walking distance !! :-) WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT TIME.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  I had a wonderful time in Barbados with family and friends. Only problem was the air conditioning unit in the master bedroom was no working or was not efficient. I would rent this villa again.

  We have stayed 4 times at this place, the location is perfect,close to the beach,close to shopping-centre, very quiet area,and for elderly folks this is perfect, plus the fact there is public-transportation close by etc.etc.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+.

  We have spent several holidays at this good natural place. If you want to enjoy nature or search for great photoscenes or you like endless nature- and beachwalks or you just wanna relax - you can choose this place! From the location it is possible to reach each part of the island by bus - ideal for individual tours.

  We have spent relaxing times in this villa with beautiful tropical nature around and enjoyed the fab Greek style pool. The West Coast Beach is near by and ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Visit the Folkestone Marine Park for a guided snorkeling tour! The owners are very friendly and helpfully and we have spent several nice evenings together on their large patio. There are shops and supermarkets (Banks beer ;-)) around and several restaurants, too. We will be glad to come back in 2009.

  the villa was very dirty when we arrived and the owners we in and out all the time being a pest we came home one day to find the door wide open and she came running out of the villa there is no privacy around the pool area at all and it is not a place to take children as the husband walks around with just a tee shirt on and no pants. We thought it was disgusting and were glad to get out. The villa wants completly refurbishing, they cannot say it is lovely they must have written the reveiws them selves Barry

  Owner response: Dear future and former guests, All those defamatory statements from grunts are incorrect, our guests (mainly repeaters) know how clean we keep the house. Correct is only that I went in the villa to switch off the AC which was still running without anybody in the house at 3 in the afternoon. Repeated asking to use the AC only when in the house were fruitless. Both AC units are operated without tokens.Electricity is very costly in Barbados. All the other reviews may speak for themselfs. Come and see yourself !!! The owners

  We had a blast at this villa + pool combo. Our trip would not have been the same if we did not have the pool to come back home from the heat and chill in the pool and have some beer. The villa owners (Gert and Anneliese) were immensely helpful. They were like family away from home and were prompt to address any questions or requests that came up. The 1st day they drove us around the neighbourhood, which helped a lot. The villa is very clean and the amenities are adequate and in good working condition. We loved our vacation and would definitely go back.

  Ich fahre seit 20 Jahren nach Barbados. Und immer, wenn was frei ist, wohne ich in der Villa Mango. Es ist mein absolutes Lieblingshaus, in meiner Lieblingslage Sunset Crest. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Es ist sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Sogar einen Pool, wenn man mal keine Lust auf Strand hat.

  Seit 5 Jahren sind wir in diesem Haus Gäste.Die Herzliche Betreunung der Vermieter hat uns sehr beeindruckt.Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause.In diesem Haus waren alle dinge vorhanden die wir für unseren Urlaub benötigten selbst auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen.Wir waren nicht Kurzurlauber sondern machten immer 6 Wochen Urlaub.Wir kennen in Sunset Crest einige Villen in denen wir gewohnt haben und da war es immer üblich das Klimaanlagen immer extra bezahlt werden mußten.Das der Pool vom Vermieter auch benutzt wurde hat uns nicht gestört. Die Küche mit ihren Einrichtungen war nicht top modern sondern zweckmäßig Herd Ceranfeld!! .Der Kühlschrank war groß genug und sauber. Die Bäder mit Badewanne und Dusche wurden von uns jeden Tag benutzt. Auch wir als Dauergäste konnten mit Einwilligung des Vermieters einige Sachen deponieren bei der Größe des Hauses. Trotzdem wir gehbehindert sind hat uns der Weg zum Strand keine Schwierigkeiten bereitet. Auch für das kommende Jahr 2013 haben wir uns das Haus schon reservieren lassen. Durch 30 jährige Erfahrung auf Barbados können wir dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen nicht nur Freunden.

  Jenseits Massentourismus eine ruhige Location mit tropischem Garten und schönem Wohnumfeld, beach, Sandy Lane, Holetwon, Shopping, Marine Park zu Fuß zu erreichen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für inselweite Touren. Super Betreuung und Tipps durch deutsche Insider vor Ort. Immer wieder gerne!
