Located in the heart of West Vail's Intermountain neighborhood, this cozy property is south facing and receives excellent sun on its front deck. It is located approximately 2 miles from the heart of Vail Village. The town bus comes 4 times per hour and is, without a doubt, the best and most efficient way to town (and the ski hill).
Inside, the property has been entirely remodeled. The open floor plan in the living room and kitchen is separated by a bar height countertop with three high-backed chairs. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom maple cabinets complement the Australian Cypress hardwood floors that run through the kitchen and living room. A leather couch and loveseat in the living room make it a great place to crash after a big day on the hill.
Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed one with a full bed, two nightstands and built in shelving are located at the back of the unit and have solid, custom maple doors for a restful sleep. The bathroom has a full shower and the water pressure is great!
