Welcome to "Cerulean", an extraordinary new Abaco home fronting both the Sea of Abaco and one of the most protected and picturesque anchorages in the West Indies, the Eastern Harbour of Man-O-War Cay. The name "Cerulean" is derived from the Latin word for heavenly or sky, a name which befits an island home with spectacular views from every room in every direction.
This home features four Master bedroom suites on the main level (each with an "in-suite" full bathroom), a large bunkroom downstairs with four bunkbeds (8 mattresses) and a full bathroom, a modern kitchen, large dock, a 13’ Boston Whaler and every amenity one would expect.
The Abaco Islands of The Bahamas offer the ultimate family vacation and few houses have better views, more amenities or a better location than this one. Cerulean’s western side looks out over the Sea of Abaco so sunset is a truly special time of day.
The Eastern Harbour side of the house features our large deep water dock capable of accommodating several large vessels at once. The adjacent dock house and sandy beach nestled into the mangroves separate the land from the clear calm, safe waters of the Eastern Harbour.
The expansive vistas that span nearly 360 degrees over clear waters cannot be adequately depicted in photos or words.
Cerulean was completed in 2007 by one of the Abacos premier craftsmen. On the main level is the Great Room, facing the water on both sides with eight foot tall doors, enormous fully opening windows, high ceilings and superb craftsmanship. There is a full kitchen with granite countertops, modern appliances and a complete compliment of kitchenware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast bar, the dining area with a custom dining table seating ten and the main living room. The Great Room takes advantage of its tree top location with its many doors and windows opening completely providing refreshing Sea to Sea breezes and unlimited views of both bodies of water. The main level of the house includes a 32” LCD television with DVD player, satellite television and wireless internet access

- Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: This House fronts TWO bodies of water, one on each side. It has a small beach and a large dock on the harbour side and unbelievable views and patio on the Sea of Abaco side. It is not on the Atlantic Ocean, better yet, it is on the Sea of Abaco.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$3,900 per week (Sat to Sat) for up to 8 people on the main (second) level.
Bunk room with 8 beds, full bath and outdoor shower is an extra $300 minimum
(this allows up to 2 additional people for a total of up to 10 people). Each
additional person beyond ten is an extra $100 per extra person.
50% deposit required to hold and book reservation.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
