This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium comfortably sleeps 6-10 people with 1250 square feet with room for family & friends. Bedroom details: Queen Bed with high quality linens and Cable TV with DVD player in Master Bedroom, Full size bed 2nd Bedroom, Bunk beds with pull out trundle in 3rd bedroom and sofa bed in living room. All bedrooms have TV’s with dvd or vhs players along with cable.
Full Kitchen-all utensils and gourmet cookware,all the comforts of home including coffee/espresso maker/stoneware.

The Recreation/Health Club (updated in 2007) includes indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, game room (pool table, air hockey, video games, cable TV), locker room, showers, (pool towels for $1 fee) and coin-op laundry facilities. Seasonal activities include skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, sledding/tubing, fishing, hunting, boating, and golf. Many hiking and biking trails begin right outside condo area.

Boarding pass(es) must be redeemed at the resort ticket sales locations at either Winter Park Resort on the date of travel or within three days after the date of travel

Ticket purchaser must show a valid ID such as a driver's license, birth certificate, or passport and this ID must match the name on the boarding pass (children under 16 do not require an ID)
