  We visit Winter Park, CO every year. We rent a condo - every year...usually from some company. We decided to go VRBO. Not sure is they are all good, but this one was awesome! Great condo...great owners. They make fabulous hosts. The condo was like a home - lots of personal touches...it made our experience much nicer than usual. The transactions was professional and timely. The rate was great, as well. I cannot imagine a better experience. Many thanks to you!

  We were searching for a ground floor unit in Winter Park so that we could bring my elderly dad with us - We got extremely lucky in finding this unit. We have season ski passes so long weekend stays are common for us, but had bad luck on two previous stays in WP and Steamboat. This condo though was a very lucky find! The first floor location was great for my dad but also awfully easy for the rest of us to get our gear in and out and on the slopes. I am the cook in the family and I love a good kitchen with quality cooking utensils and a spice cabinet that I don't have to bring myself. The owners were very generous with anything left in the unit and the kitchen was top-notch including a high-end coffee maker and expresso maker (which we should have tried but didn't) My next biggest issue with rentals is cheap blankets and comforters and again, this condo had the "good stuff." Cozy blankets in the living area and quailty bedding on the beds. They also had a new, high-end washer/dryer set which the "mom" of three boys just loved. This unit was just down from the pool complex and the owners left us plenty of beach towels to take to the apre-ski swim/hot tub. The next time we plan a long weekend in WP, we know exactly where we'll stay now.

  We had a wonderful time in Winter Park and your condo was great. Your condo looked so nice with the updates and new furnishings. We dropped the key in the mail on the way out of WP. Thanks so much.

  We had a group of 4 adults and 2 kids and the place was perfect. Lots of updates in the condo, had everything we needed, very clean and well maintained. The screen porch was one of our favorite parts...especially since you can sit and watch/listen to the stream going by. The location is great - super close to the pool and shuttle stop, easy walk to some restaurants/main street. Would definitely stay again.

  We enjoyed our stay so much. Beautifully redone, roomy condo with great new floors and leather furniture. TV's with DVD players in all of the bedrooms which made it easy for the kids to watch a movie in one room and the adults in another. A beautiful washer and dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed, was well stocked and of good quality. We loved the screened in porch. It was like having an extension of the living room. The condo is close to the rec center. We had a family reunion in Winter Park and all of our family stayed in condos at Hi Country Haus. This condo was a cut above the others and the owners were great to work with.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
