Beautiful property which was totally remodeled 4 years ago. Easy access to lake and water with decks connecting the house to the boathouse. Lots of deck space. Easy house access with no hiking from hills above.
You are able to pull the car right up to the front door. cottage has high ceilings, lots of charm. Small but cozy full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Large screened in porch can serve as sleeping porch. 2 person kayak at boathouse for cruising the lake.
Home is located in a quiet cove with no or limited overnighters in the other cove homes. Upstairs room sleeps 6 or 7 with its own bath and lots of light and windows, full carpeting. Downstairs has small master with king bed and private bath, all hardwoods. Open style living area with 1/2 bath and kitchen. Separate laundry/storage area. Entry, Laundry and porch have new ceramic tile floors.
