The vaulted Master Suite on the top floor Gulf side has a King size bed, a custom built-in wall unit covering one wall, beautiful bath and private balcony with a bar height table & barstools for unobstructed views.
A 2nd Master Suite on top floor has a Queen size bed and also includes a private bath.
The 3rd bedroom on the top floor has bunk beds.
The Street level with kitchen, breakfast bar, two dining spaces, custom built-in wall units and huge living area has an additional balcony with bar height table & six barstools, adding even more space to your "living" room.
The street level's Sunroom has a Queen futon.
The Lower (Beach) level with full bath, kitchen, breakfast bar, living/dining area and bedroom has a Queen bed in the bedroom. The Living Room on this floor has a high quality Queen sofa bed.
The deck on this beach level is enormous, (30 feet wide due to being on the end unit) and 30 feet deep with bar height table and barstools, outside dining table and chairs, four padded chaise lounge chairs and additional seating. Look out over the recently renourished beach - it is EXPANSIVE and deep and whiter than ever!! The deck has outside lighting when you want more than the stars. A storage shed at the back of the deck is already stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas for you and rafts/toys for the kids.
All bedrooms and both living rooms have TVs and DVD players.

We chose to buy a home on the beach in Destin mainly for the white sand and crystal clear water. But the fishing, shopping, golf, restaurants, watersports and proximity to parks, rivers and wildlife all helped us choose this unique location.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The best thing is walking out on the deck of any of the three levels for coffee, drinks or just to sit and having the Gulf right there. Of course, the fact that you can grab a beach chair & umbrella from the lower level shed and go directly onto the beach is extra special too!

We bought this wonderful Beach Home and moved to Destin from Texas - it was our full time home for 16 years. We recently retired and moved out of Destin to live on a lake and be nearer our kids/grandkids. However, we've kept GreenReef #5 so our family can always go back and enjoy it. All three floors have been totally and professionally refurbished and we are so happy to share its beauty with "Beach Lovers" from everywhere!
