The spacious home is furnished and decorated and ready for you to relax! King bedroom, queen bedroom & bedroom with two twin beds. Den, living area, dining area, kitchen and 2 car-garage.
Master bedroom has a king-size bed with TV, dresser, and 2 bed-side dressers. The extra large double sink bathroom has walk-in shower and separate commode area.
Second wing of house has second bedroom with queen-size bed and walk-in closet. Room includes television. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser, walk-in closet and computer. Guest bath is conventional layout with tub/shower and is shared by both bedrooms.
Den has a sofa/sleeper with television/DVD. Living room houses television with DVD player. Large open kitchen with appliances and walk-in pantry. Dining room table seats six around beautiful rectangle glass-top table. Large wrap-around lanai is furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Oversized two-car garage. Community swimming pool, hot tub, grills are located around the corner. Walking distance from driving range & Golf Club. Home has spectacular sunset views. Two adult bicycles are available for renters use. Non-smoking and no pets in house.
Pelican Sound includes a 27-hole championship golf course designed by Mike Hill which is challenging to the best golfer and forgiving for the novice. The tennis center has six Har-Tru courts which have night lighting. Private or group lessons and clinics are offered. A practice ball machine is available. The Mediterranean-style clubhouse is the center for the pro-shop, casual and formal dining, bar, and grille room. A full calendar of social events are offered throughout the year.
The River Club is a casual eatery/social club offering indoor and outdoor dining overlooking the Estero River. The River Club is adjacent to the larger of six community pools. This junior Olympic-size heated pool with spa is also next to the state-of-the-art fitness center. Use of complimentary kayaks and canoes allow boating and wildlife viewing on the Estero River. Boat launch ramp is also complimentary and boat storage is available. Pelican Sound offers a pontoon boat shuttle to Lover's Key State Park which is one of Florida's most beautiful white sand Gulf of Mexico beaches.
Pelican Sound is conveniently located west of Highway 41 and Corkscrew Road, fifteen minutes from the Fort Myers International Airport and twenty minutes north of Naples. Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away with great shelling and beaches!

What a great place to stay. Pelican Sound is a wonderful Community! The pools are beautiful and the property and surroundings are beautifully maintained also. We enjoyed the 27 hole golf course as well as the driving range with plentiful balls to hit to practice. The exercise room was great, too. Our unit was fine and the beds were very comfortable -- everything was neat and well-maintained. The Kayaking was wonderful as well as trips to Lovers Key Beach on the pontoon boat leaving from P. S. dock during the day. The owners who we rented from were amazingly attentive to our needs, and so accommodating -- we feel as if we have become friends! The only sad thing for us was having to leave. We hope that we can rent again in the future. You will surely enjoy this unit and Pelican Sound units. We HIGHLY recommend staying here!
