Year Purchased: 2007
We are Bob and Tonya Williams and we started our small lodiging business with the purchase of our home Bear's Den in 2001. Since then we have grown to 5 wonderful homes and our dedication to guest service is second to none here in the Smoky Mountains. We have 3 kids and live in the area so we can meet your needs what ever they may be. Thank you for considering our home for your valuable time away.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
We have a severely disabled child and because of raising my son, I understand the need for a handicap accessible home for families wanting to get away on a vacation. We designed Bear Pause to be handicap accessible and considered the needs of those who are disabled in the way home is laid out. This is not some retrofit job, Bear Pause was built by us from the get go to be accessible. Bear Pause is also next door to Bear Trax and the 2 places make great place for a family reunion, holiday get togethers and so forth. We also offer free chocolate and coffe from our store the Dillsboro Chocolate Factory located in Dillsboro just minutes away from Pause.
