Casa Del Oceano is located just 30 minutes south of San Diego in a private, gated, and guarded community on the coast of Baja, California.
Our home has spectacular white-water ocean views from almost every room and just steps away from the ocean and pool. The beautiful sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and the greenbelt next to the home are rare for rental homes in the premier community of Las Gaviotas. Las Gaviotas has been in existence for 30 years and has become the standard by which all private communities in Mexico are measured. When you enter Las Gaviotas you enter another world. For starters we enjoy a dry desert environment where the temperatures are consistently warmer than southern California.
The homes in Las Gaviotas are all constructed on a terraced hillside so you enjoy fantastic ocean and sunset views from every part of the community. You will find a heated swimming pool, spa, volleyball court, tennis court, and a private beach with excellent fishing, surfing, kayaking, and, of course, sun bathing. A slate patio with incredible views of the surf and sunset surrounds the large heated pool. You can stroll along the surf on our slate walkway, which stretches the length of the community.
This home is in pristine condition and has rarely been rented. You will find quality throughout from tile floors, large arched windows, recessed lighting, and a surround-sound stereo system. We have cable and a TV/VCR in the living room. We also have three remote-control ceiling fans. Our home has a large outdoor patio located next to a greenbelt and garden with large palm trees. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and front patio are noticeably higher than the homes in front providing an incredible panoramic view of the best surf spot and breath-taking sunsets. Our two bedroom,1 bath home comfortably sleeps five people.
Our home is a short drive to Puerto Nuevo, which is synonymous for lobster. Here you will find many shops and scores of restaurants with delicious fish, shrimp, lobster, and the traditional Mexican dishes. The town of Rosarito is 8 miles north where you will find lots of shopping, antiques, art galleries, and excellent restaurants. We are just a short drive to Real Del Mar where you will find 18 holes of golf. You can also rent horses and ride on the beach or maybe you will choose to drive your four-wheel drive vehicle on the beach in Rosarito.

Low Season .. (Oct-Apr) .. $160/night (2 night minimum except Holidays*).
One-Week Rate .. $1125/week.
Security Deposit of $100 and a one time cleaning fee of $30.
*Holidays (4 night minimum) include: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years.
