Come enjoy our beautiful Telluride townhouse with your family and friends. We have used decorator furnishings and beautiful artwork to ensure it will feel like your "home away from home".
The quaint, old, western town of Telluride offers endless activities all year round. In the winter, the main attraction is our destination ski resort, but along with that, Telluride offers Nordic skiing, ice skating and "Thrill Hill"- great inner tubing for the family. Summers bring the many festivals for which Telluride is famous, including Film, Bluegrass and Blues and Brews. Fantastic hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible from our door. High end shopping and restaurants complete the Telluride experience.
Our four level 1700 square foot townhouse built in 2003 is located on Pacific St. near the creek (just 3 blocks from the gondola), has three bedrooms plus huge loft, three baths, and sleeps nine comfortably while offering guests privacy. The lower floor has one bedroom with double bed,cable TV and private vanity with sandstone counter top. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, private vanity with sandstone counter top, and cable TV. The rooms share a beautifully tiled bathroom with steam shower. This floor also has a laundry room with a washer, dryer and sink.
On the main floor is the living room with hard wood floors, radiant floor heat, gas fireplace, CD player, cable TV and DVD player, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen has granite counter tops, Jennair appliances and is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking in.
The second level has the master bedroom with fantastic view of the ski area, queen-sized bed, and cable TV and DVD player. The master bath has double sinks, sandstone counter tops, jetted tub and steam shower. This level also has a deck with wonderful views of Bridal Veil Falls, ski area and Ajax.
The loft level with views of Ajax and Bridal Veil Falls has three twin beds, cable TV and DVD player. The bath has sandstone counter tops, sky light and large tiled shower. Two twins can be converted to a king for those who prefer. All bedrooms and bathrooms offer fresh, new linens. The townhouse has radiant floor heating throughout.

We recently enjoyed a stay the week after Christmas with a group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The layout is great for a group and the location could not be better! It is less than a five minute walk to the Gondola and downtown is about the same distance. Of course in Telluride you rarely need a car anyway!Two of the 3 bathrooms have stream showers, which was great after a day of skiing. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We stayed there over the holidays and loved the house! The bedroom/bathroom layout worked so well for our group and every room has comfortable furnishings. The location was perfect and convenient. We have stayed at several different locations and this one was truly home away from home!!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us as it was part of the reason our vacation was so super!!

This house is the perfect "home away from home" for a large group. Nine of us stayed here for three nights over Bluegrass Festival weekend and it could not have been more comfortable. Three blocks from the gondola, six blocks from Town Park, and a brand new gas grill for great outdoor BBQ's. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, or a bathroom on the same floor, and all facilities/appliances are modern. I would recommend this house to anyone.

What a great place!!!! We have been coming to Telluride for 20 years, and have rented all over town. The location is fantastic, perfect mix of convenience and quiet. The house is very well equipped, we felt like we were at home. The extra's are fantastic, a necessity that are very nice to see.Fluffy towels, lotion, nice appliances, well stocked kitchen. The layout of the house is perfect when you have a large group, it was excellent with our three teenagers to have privacy upstairs. I hope everyone treats this wonderful home like their own, so that they keep making it available for us to rent. We will be back every year, at least once!!!!! Thanks!

Telluride is a special place for us, and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when we're there. We've stayed at this beautiful townhouse in all seasons and have loved every visit. It feels like home away from home. We love waking up every morning, making coffee in the kitchen, and enjoying it in bed while watching the gondola rise up the mountain. We love to cook, and the kitchen is perfect. It has all we need, and it's great that it's part of the main room so the family can still be together while dinner is made. Thank you so much! Lisa, we really enjoyed our stay at your townhouse. It was a great location and very cosy. Our group of nine takes a ski trip somewhere different every year, and your place was, by far, our favorite. The bedroom arrangement was really great allowing us lots of privacy and quiet. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with the essentials (garbage bags, soap, dish towels, etc.) The bathrooms were also really nice and well stocked with lots of fluffy towels. What really sets your condo apart from the others we have stayed at are the little touches like: lotion in the bathrooms, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, the boot and glove dryer and the ski locker. All owners should be as thoughtful and generous as you. We will definitely stay in your townhome again, when we return to Telluride! Thanks again, Alex
