Treasure Island Resort Condominium is on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews State Park. The condominium has a 120 foot long heated pool with an open deck with chairs and gazebos,a fitness room with Gulf view. The sugary white sand and emerald blue waters awaits you.
Each floor at Treasure Island has 12 unit. Treasure Island also has 4 high speed elevators. Our unit 1706 has nine (9) foot ceilings, and is decorated in a Caribbean style with high quality furnishings and appointments. Rent directly from us and save!
Our Treasure Island condo accommodates up to eight (8) guests. It has two bedrooms, convertible sofa sleeper, and a built in bunk bed area, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a great room, full sized washer and dryer in a separate utility room, and a thirty (30) foot long by nine (9) foot wide Gulf front balcony.
The master bedroom has a brand new king sized bed and directly faces the Gulf of Mexico with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The great room also has sliding glass doors to the Gulf front balcony.
Treasure Island is a family oriented resort located in the exclusive Thomas Drive section of Panama City Beach. It has covered parking in a structure with covered walkovers to the condo building at the third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors. 1706 has its own parking space. Neither smoking nor pets are permitted anytime either inside or on the balcony of our condo.
