Our beautiful, three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Condo is ideally located at the junction of the 101 and 202 Freeways.
This home is a gorgeous new Condo. It includes beautiful surroundings that include granite counter tops, tile flooring and upgraded amenities. This home is also conveniently located, just 5 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 2 miles from Arizona State University (featuring world famous Mill Avenue, Gammage Auditorium, restaurants, performing arts, museums, and shopping). This beautiful new home is centrally located for golf and just a short distance to major league sports (featuring Major League Baseball, NBA, cultural and performing arts, shopping, and restaurants).
