Easy access off paved road,one level,split bedroom plan with covered porch out back overlooking a noisy creek with little waterfalls and lots of privacy! Level yard for kids or playing outdoor games,nice size livingroom for watching movies. Nice quiet neighborhood for taking a stroll or riding a bike. Master bedroom with bathroom on one side,living room with pull out queen sleeper, 2 other bedrooms on the opposite side of the cabin,1 with a queen size bed and a trundle bed in the other. Conveniently located near restaurants and stores, whitewater rafting,swimming,tennis,golf,horseback riding or taking a scenic drive and picnic. Non Refundable pet fee - $50.00 per pet,upon approval.
