Set in a tranquil location yet only 3 miles from Disney, Windsor Palms has every amenity at your disposal. Guests renting our home get automatic membership which gives you FREE use of all the resort facilities for the duration of your stay. These include: Clubhouse, Olympic size pool, spa, toddler pool, cinema, fitness centre, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, pool tables, childrens play area, picnic area as well as sundry shop and video arcade.
There is a 24hr gated entrance and a shuttle service is available daily to theme parks and shopping areas ( small fee ). The fantastic Mystic dunes golf course is opposite the entrance to Windsor Palms and discount coupons are available if requested. Two minutes by car will take you to the many shops and restaurants nearby.
Our home has been personally furnished by ourselves with the help of an interior designer, every piece of furniture was individually choosen to offer you the very highest standards. Living area boasts a 42" HD TV with HD cable service and DVD/Vcr. A selection of DVD's and Video's are also available for your enjoyment. We also have a Nintendo Wii plus games, a PC with 24hr FREE high speed Wi-Fi Internet access and we also offer all guests 100% FREE long distance and International calls, no more buying expensive calling cards.
1st Master bedroom has a Four poster king size bed with pillowtop mattress, walk in closet and ample drawer space, it also has 19" cable TV with DVD. En-suite bathroom comes complete with roman bath, walk-in-shower, his-n-hers vanity units and a separate toilet area.
2nd Master has luxury queen bed with pillowtop matress and includes 19" cable TV and DVD, walk in wardrobes, ample drawer space and has en-suite facilities inlcuding large walk-in-shower, toilet and vanity unit.
Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and is a kids paradise, decorated in a Mickey mouse theme and includes cable TV, DVD, and playstation 2 with a selection of games.
Bedroom 4 offers two twin beds and includes cable TV and DVD. Built in closet and drawer space.
The luxury kicthen area has every modern utility, including cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, icemaker, and dishwasher. Cooking untensils provided. All towels and linens provided.We have two nicely furnished dining area's for your convenience, one overlooking the pool, and one a more formal table for that special meal. A seperate utility room just off the kitchen has washer and dryer along with iron and board.
We also have a fantastic fully air-conditioned games room, featuring professional 8ft slate bed Pool table, top quality Air Hockey table, Foosball table, electronic Darts and more.
Our amazing pool area offers extended decking with extra large 30ftx15ft pool and spa. Luxury Patio furniture for 8 is also included. Just imagine yourself relaxing in the Hot tub, sipping on your cocktail as the sun slowly sets behind the conservation area, while the Kids have a blast in the crystal clear swimming pool.

We stopped in the villa in October 2009, and it was brilliant. The villa had everything you could ask for and more!!!The kids spent the first hour running around and squeeling at the pool, games room, themed bedrooms etc. We would definately go back here and also recommend this villa to anyone. Also Jim Hanna the owner couldn't have been more helpful and the management company who look after the villa couldn't have done more for us. Thank you Jim and family for a fantastic holiday!

We have just enjoyed a great two weeks in your villa. The accommodation is very comfortable and is in an ideal location for not only the parks but lots of other amenities. We had a brilliant time at SunPalm Villa. All five of us found the villa very spacious, clean and had lovely decor. The three kids (aged 15, 14 and 12) all spent hours in the pool and was always using the internet or the games room. Would recommend the villa to everyone and would certainly go back there again. Had an amazing stay at SunPalm villa! This is the 3rd time we've rented a vacation home and this one was superior by far. The villa is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Loved the BBQ, and the pool/spa were used regularly as was the games room. Could not believe how close everything was..Disney just a few minutes away and easy access to the Interstate to the other attractions. Lots of shopping nearby too -- especially now with a Super Target just up the road on the 192. We would love to make a return visit someday!

Our family absolutely loved the Hanna's home! Everything about the stay ran perfectly and it will be hard to ever go back to staying at hotels during long vacations. The decor is modern and in excellent condition. The pool was a great feature if you have children along. We spent a lot of time playing in the game room as well. They really have thought of everything (inc. the DVDs, toys, games, stroller, car seat, BBQ grill & more). When we arrived, all of the tables were set with formal place settings. Finally, Jim Hanna was very easy to work with, friendly, and returned the security deposit promptly. We plan another trip to Orlando in another 6-7 years and hope that we will have the opportunity to stay there again. We highly recommend it!

It was like a home from home with everything needed in it to make it the holiday of a lifetime! My two boys enjoyed the pool in the morning before the parks and in the evening before bed! The house itself was of a very high standard and within easy reach of all the disney parks.Just down the road are plenty of shops and restaurents...if you like seafood the red lobster is a must and just minutes from the villa! Also Outback steakhouse just across road with melt in your mouth steaks!! Many Thanks to Jim Hanna who was so helpful and answered endless questions in the run up to our holiday and for such a memorable holiday in their beautiful home! We hope to come back and stay again as we miss Mickey Mouse already! Thanks again Jim!

Sun Palm Villa was a fantastic holiday home, in fact the family all agreed it was the best one we had stayed in on our trips to Orlando. The location is excellent, quiet and peaceful yet minutes from Disney (World Drive), shopping and all of the restaurants along the 192. It is also very convenient for the I4 (30 mins to Universal). The house is well maintained and lived up to it billing on the website and other recent guest comments. april 08. enjoyed our recent of many stays at sunpalmvilla and will be back in 2009. One day a contractor came and SCRUBBED the driveway and walkway, this year, the villa had many upgrades including leather furniture and new rugs, coming soon, I believe, HD TV. This shows the comittment by the owners to keep the villa in tip top shape. I must also add that the management, under Iain is nothing short of amazing. Lloyd & Bev
