We stopped in the villa in October 2009, and it was brilliant. The villa had everything you could ask for and more!!!The kids spent the first hour running around and squeeling at the pool, games room, themed bedrooms etc. We would definately go back here and also recommend this villa to anyone. Also Jim Hanna the owner couldn't have been more helpful and the management company who look after the villa couldn't have done more for us. Thank you Jim and family for a fantastic holiday!

We have just enjoyed a great two weeks in your villa. The accommodation is very comfortable and is in an ideal location for not only the parks but lots of other amenities. The pool and spa were both used morning, noon and night and enjoyed by us all. Fully recommend this villa for a wonderful holiday in Florida

We had a brilliant time at SunPalm Villa. All five of us found the villa very spacious, clean and had lovely decor. The three kids (aged 15, 14 and 12) all spent hours in the pool and was always using the internet or the games room. Would recommend the villa to everyone and would certainly go back there again. Had an amazing stay at SunPalm villa! This is the 3rd time we've rented a vacation home and this one was superior by far. The villa is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Loved the BBQ, and the pool/spa were used regularly as was the games room. Could not believe how close everything was..Disney just a few minutes away and easy access to the Interstate to the other attractions. Lots of shopping nearby too -- especially now with a Super Target just up the road on the 192. We would love to make a return visit someday!

Our family absolutely loved the Hanna's home! Everything about the stay ran perfectly and it will be hard to ever go back to staying at hotels during long vacations. The decor is modern and in excellent condition. The pool was a great feature if you have children along. We spent a lot of time playing in the game room as well. They really have thought of everything (inc. the DVDs, toys, games, stroller, car seat, BBQ grill & more). When we arrived, all of the tables were set with formal place settings. Finally, Jim Hanna was very easy to work with, friendly, and returned the security deposit promptly. We plan another trip to Orlando in another 6-7 years and hope that we will have the opportunity to stay there again. We highly recommend it!

It was like a home from home with everything needed in it to make it the holiday of a lifetime! My two boys enjoyed the pool in the morning before the parks and in the evening before bed! The house itself was of a very high standard and within easy reach of all the disney parks.Just down the road are plenty of shops and restaurents...if you like seafood the red lobster is a must and just minutes from the villa! Also Outback steakhouse just across road with melt in your mouth steaks!! Many Thanks to Jim Hanna who was so helpful and answered endless questions in the run up to our holiday and for such a memorable holiday in their beautiful home! We hope to come back and stay again as we miss Mickey Mouse already! Thanks again Jim!

Sun Palm Villa was a fantastic holiday home, in fact the family all agreed it was the best one we had stayed in on our trips to Orlando. The location is excellent, quiet and peaceful yet minutes from Disney (World Drive), shopping and all of the restaurants along the 192. It is also very convenient for the I4 (30 mins to Universal). The house is well maintained and lived up to it billing on the website and other recent guest comments. Just returned home from staying at out wonderful "home away from home" and we were just blown away. It was easy to get where we were going every morning. april 08. enjoyed our recent of many stays at sunpalmvilla and will be back in 2009. One day a contractor came and SCRUBBED the driveway and walkway, this year, the villa had many upgrades including leather furniture and new rugs, coming soon, I believe, HD TV. This shows the comittment by the owners to keep the villa in tip top shape. I must also add that the management, under Iain is nothing short of amazing. Lloyd & Bev

This was our first visit to Orlando. From the moment we entered the gated community, we were enchanted. It is beautiful, quiet and very clean. When we drove up to our "home", the excitement started. An extremely clean, well kept gorgeous home. Each room more impressive than the last - absolutely everything in the house anyone could need. The heated pool was used so many times during the day as was the hot tub and games room. I had 4 teenagers with me and they were never bored! The backyard gives onto a beautiful forest-like setting where we saw a turkey, a large turtle, I think an armadillo and lots of little geckos! What an absolute treat. If you have any doubts at all about this home, please e-mail me. We all felt like royalty in this beautiful home. You have to see it to believe it. Words can do it no justice.

Fantastic home from which to base an Orlando holiday. Easy drive to parks, airport, downtown Orlando, shopping, restaurants. Home itself is very comfortable and well equipped. The warm pool and hot tub were a treat on a cool night. Plenty of space for a large family. The converted garage as a games room is a bonus, as is the pc and internet access. The boys also took advantage of the exercise gym and basketball courts. Appreciated the safety of a gated community. Highly recommend.

We have just returned from our 2 week stay at Sun Palm Villa and had a great time.Was quite dubious picking somewhere from the internet,but we couldnt have made a better choice. From the start Jim was so helpfull and the house surpassed our expectations.Although the pool heat cost extra - what a luxury it was,the water was as warm as a bath,and we totally recommend it. House had everything you could wish for,cable t.v in every bedroom,pool table,ps2 for kids,house was nicely furnished,and we didnt want to leave. We were unsure weather to rent a car or rely on shuttle busses to parks,so glad we chose a car,shops and restaurants were too far to walk,and driving was really easy,highly recommend a car. Thanks again Jim for a superb base for our holiday ,and look forward to returning soon...

We had a great 8 night stay (Dec. 2006) and found the home to be wonderful. Our kids (ages 7 and 5) loved the Mickey themed bedroom and bathroom. This was our third time renting in the Windsor Palms development and while all of our stays there have been really nice, we found the experience of staying at the SunPalm Villa to be the best.

Just got back from a Jan. 2007 stay. My comments: 1. Home is as it appears in the pictures. Clean and comfortable. No bait and switch. 2. Pool is terriffic. With heat, like bathwater even in January. Private and relaxing. 3. All amenities in good working order (computer, kitchen, washer dryer, game room). 4. Owner (J. Hanna) great to work with. Responsive, polite, accommodating and honest. Price was as it appears (no surprises) and security deposit promptly returned.

I just returned from an 8 night stay at SunPalm Villa. The villa is exactly as you see in the pictures. It was beautifully appointed and had every convenience we needed. It was so close to the Disney parks, that we were at the parks in minutes every morning. I would not stay anywhere else after staying here. The beds were super comfortable and the pool and spa were wonderful to relax in after a long day in the parks. There is only one comment I would make. I am from southern Louisiana where it is always hot and humid. We practically have ceiling fans in every room here. We run them 24/7. There was a wonderful ceiling fan in the living room, but we really did miss having fans in our bedrooms. That's not a complaint, just an observation!! We loved the house and will certainly stay there again.

We had a wonderful fortnight's holiday in Sun Palm Villa in August. The villa was just fantastic and we would highly recomend it.We didn't want to leave! The weather was amazing - very little rain/thunder and we spent much time relaxing in the amazing pool after a heavy morning at Disney! It was just so good to be able to pop back to villa befor heading back to the attractions for the evening. Wish I were planning another holiday there next year!!!!

We've recently returned from Florida after staying at Sunpalm Villa for two weeks and would not consider staying anywhere else the next time we go back. The house was perfect, loads of space for everyone and the pool kept us all busy on the days off from the parks. After searching the net for approx 3 months looking for the perfect villa I finally decided on Sunpalm.We stayed there for 4 weeks last summmer and it was PERFECT.Everything you need and more is there.The decor is beautiful,fresh and clean.Now when we are planning to go back I won't have to trawl the net for months I will go straight back to Sunpalm.As they say...you cant improve on perfection.

Prior to this summer we had visited Disney a few times, staying at the different Disney resorts. However, staying at SunPalmVilla was a much more enjoyable experience - with close proximity to the parks and all the amenities not available at hotels. We really looked forward to the pool, hot tub, and BBQ after a long day at the parks. We also took advantage of the fitness room at the resort clubhouse. I'm sure we'll be back to Orlando in the future (our son would like to go back THIS summer) and we are certainly going to check for availability at SunPalmVilla first. Everything about your villa was really professionally organized. One suggestion we have would be to make a map available at the house (and/or on your website) to show how easy it is to get to the Disney parks. We took the first left off the 192 onto Sherberth Road and the 1st right onto Osceola Parkway - this only took a few minutes and was very convenient. We could get to the parks much faster than when we stayed at the resorts and took the Disney buses. Regards, Sharon and Norm

We had the pleasure of staying at Jim and Thelma's home from April 16 to 23, 2005. It was simply perfect. There is NO comparison to a hotel room, and I don't think we'll ever "settle" for a Disney resort again. I agree completely with everything the other guests have said about this home. It was so good, in fact, that after 2 days in the parks, we decided to just spend one day at "home", and it was just what we needed. Jim was indeed very good to deal with, providing us with great directions from the airport to the house, and answering all my questions.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this house from 3/19-25, 2005. The house is very nicely decorated and the amenities were terrific. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. We chose to have the pool heated, and it is like an extension to the house. It provided wonderful early morning and late night swimming. Will definitely contact Jim again when travelling to the Orlando area!

We stayed at SunPalmVilla the second week in March, 2005 and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay while vacationing in Orlando. The home was spacious and clean, loaded with features and exceeded our expectations. There were lots of video games and movies for the kids. The adults enjoyed the computer and internet access and the pool and hot tub were fabulous. The Hanna's made renting their home a simple and pleasant process and we hope to be able to return again for another stay sometime in the not too distant future.

We have just returned from spending Christmas and the New Year at Sun Palm Villa and had a wonderful time. The house is extremely spacious, tastefully decorated, and decked out with all the mod cons and gadgets that you could think of. The Hanna's even left us Christmas decorations so that we could feel the Christmas spirit in the "sunshine". This is a holiday "home" rather than just a house, with the use of DVDs, board games, books, children's playstation and games, not to mention the pool and spa area. The children had a marvellous time and even took the courage to swim without armbands. The use of the PC and free international calls was an added bonus. Jim Hanna was a pleasure to deal with and made our holiday hassle free from booking time to arrival, even providing us with "accurate" directions from the airport to the villa. We will definitely be returning !

Just returned from a fabulous holiday in the Sunshine State. Sun Palm Villa was excellent. The beds were great, the pool was great and on the few days that we did stay in there was plenty for the kids to do. My daughter said the highlight of the whole holiday was not meeting Mickey Mouse or the Princesses at Disney, but the fact that she learned to jump into the pool. Brilliant holiday can't wait to go again.

We just recently returned from a stay at Sun Palm Villa. The villa looks exactly like the pictures on the web site. It is in excellent shape and furnished very nicely. The villa was very clean, and the beds quite comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and spa a great deal. This property is very close to Disney World. It took us less time to arrive in the parks then our friends who stayed on site and used Disney's transportation. Jim and Thelma have done a great job thinking of everything to include in their vacation home. Jim responded to our emails quickly and was great about answering any questions I had. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again myself.

We just returned from a wonderful trip to Orlando and SunPalm Villa. This was by far the most well-equipped, comfortable and beautifully decorated rental property our family has ever stayed in. The villa is very clean, gorgeous and is located so close to all of the Disney attractions. The owners, the Hanna's, have done a terrific job making this villa the perfect "home away from home." Comment Text: What can I say! We have stayed at Windsor Palms houses on three previous trips and I can safely say that this is the most well equipped and best decorated of them all. We especially liked the fact that the home looks out onto the conservation area and not another home. The free internet access and free phone calls (including international!) offered by the Hanna's is a truly exceptional bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend Sun Palm Villa to my friends and relations. If available this is the house I would choose to stay in again.

Sun Palm Villa is a great rental home. All descriptions on the website are completely true. The owner is being modest because it is even better than portrayed. The home is conviently located 5 minutes from Disney and 15 minutes (easy drive) from Universal and Sea World. We had a great time and it was wonderful to come to a home and not a hotel room. The pool and whirlpool were a wonderful addition - you definitely need to take the optional heat package in the winter as mornings and evening were cool. There are many good inexpensive restaurant nearby but the ability to cook a few meals in and save was great. When we return to FL we will definitely stay at Sun Palm Villa again

We had the pleasure of staying at Sun Palm Villa November 8th-15th. What a quiet retreat from the crowds at the theme parks. We especially appreciated the spa at night with a {plastic} glass of wine! The decor is lovely, the beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed was there, right down to the candles at the bathtub. I can't say enough about how nice it was to deal with Jim Hanna, the owner. He answered every E-mail promptly, provided me with pictures of the villa {pre-web-site} and even welcomed me home with an E-mail. The management company-Doral-also helped me out a few times while in Orlando, and they were very prompt and courteous as well. I would choose this villa for my Disney vacation again in a heartbeat!

Mike,Suzanne,Daniel,Lewis & Lydia Richards. 06/08/2003-20/08/2003 We were very fortunate to stay at Sun Palm Villa. The house is very comfortable, spacious and welcoming with all the facillities and equipment you could possibly need. The beds were all very comfortable (the 4 poster in the master bedroom is enormouse) and the pool/spa outside is a welcome relief from heat of the day as is the air conditioning in the main house. The children loved the pool/spa. They also enjoyed the PS2 and numerous DVD's that were available. The facilities in the nearby club house were excellent and the gated security gives you a little more peace of mind. The villa's location is perfect for all the theme parks and local resturants and the managment firm (Doral Woods) dealt quickly with any quearies we had. Once again thanks Jim & Thelma for renting out Sun Palm Villa to us, It's a real home from home.

We had the pleasure of staying at Sunpalm Villa from 23-07-03 until 06-08-03 and had a very enjoyable time.The villa and the surroundings are sheer luxury and we were delighted to be able to spend our fortnights holidays there, and as it was our first time visiting Florida we will definately be back to this dream home. Everthing it said on the website and all the pictures we were shown were just as we seen when we walked in. There is everything there that you could ever ask for. The pool and spa were brillant just so handy to walk in and cool of when you needed. The decoration and all the furniture are up to the highest standards and no matter what holiday we would ever go on it wouldn`t compare to what we have just left. The air conditioning was something else we were relieved to feel it on everytime we walked in through the door. And to anybody who is thinking of booking the villa we would highly recommend it to everyone. Our family stayed at Sun Palm Villa from July 5 through July 12. We were so happy with how spacious, beautiful, and accomodating the villa is. All the pictures and information provided on the web site are completely accurate and true to life. The pool and spa were fantastic - we were spoiled by being able to get up every morning, and come home every evening, for a swim. Jim Hanna, the owner, is extremely responsive, from the very beginning when we made our reservation through the time when our vacation was over :-( We highly recommend this villa for these reasons and more. Our family had the privilege of staying at Sun Palm Villa in June and it was fantastic!! Every part of the rental process was very professional and "checking in and out" was a breeze. We have spent Orlando vacations in nice hotels before and there is no comparison. It was so nice to have three showers (we have three girls) and so much space to move around. Sun Palm Villa in Windsor Palms is a fabulous place to stay during your Disney/Orlando vacation! The villa has everything you could possibly ask need -4 large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, TV's in every bedroom and the living room, heated pool with spa, washer and dryer and an outdoor grill. There are also 3 full bathrooms - very convenient since we had our three grown children along on the trip. The villa is just minutes from the Disney properties, yet situated in a rural setting away from all the congestion. The Hanna's are very accomodating and the management company was responsive to our needs when we had any questions. We would highly recommend staying at Sun Palm Villa during your next Orlando area vacation!

The only way to go if you have kids, and even if you don't! SunPalm Villa was everything it says and more! Extremely clean and beautifully decorated! The kids loved the pool, movies and Playstation 2 so much they didn't even want to do anything but stay at your home for 2 days and "chill out" (which was fine by Mom and Dad!) Our relatives who live nearby in Florida came by on our last night and couldn't believe how lovely everything was and how it had everything you could possibly need. Also, loved the fact that we came back to Delaware with all clean clothes (makes unpacking so much easier) thanks to the handy laundry room. It is so convenient to everything (parks, airport, shopping center, restaurants) and also liked the fact that you could drive right to home after arriving in Florida and have the lockbox with key right there to enter home and not have to stop and pick up key at management company which could be many minutes away. Good way to save money also by cooking breakfast and lunch right at home rather than spending fortune at theme parks (and I mean fortune!!). Also have to say the owners (Jim and Thelma) were wonderful, pleasant people to work with and boy, does that make a difference because others we have dealt with acted as if we were bothering them with our questions. The Hanna's were always more than gracious in responding to our emails requesting information. We would definitely recommend SunPalm Villa for your next Florida vacation and will definitely return for ours! The Basso Family

We had the privilege of staying in SunPalm Villa in April/May of 2003. We have two toddlers and the house was very comfortable, clean and conducive to little ones running around. Having a pool in the back yard was wonderful and the proximity to Disney was great. We would not hesitate to stay there again on any future trips to Florida and highly recommend the home to any and all who care to listen. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and it beats a hotel any day!!
