Ready for a Great Escape? Look no further! This unit is beautifully furnished and ready for you to spend a week on the beautiful beach in Seagrove/Seaside. For those traveling with other families, we also own a neighboring unit that is the same size (check out the Great Getaway also listed).
The condo is in the center unit on the 3rd floor. The condo has a beautiful view of the shared pool and sculptured landscaping as well as a View of the Gulf of Mexico in the distance. The pool in this complex is one of the largest in the Seagrove area (see picture below). Within a 1 block walk, you'll find a fresh seafood market, a favorite local Italian restaurant,a coffee house with internet access, and a convenience store.
We are just a very short walk to the beach. (1 block or a 3-5 minute walk) with 4 different accesses 2 which offer parking and bathroom facilities.
We have used upgraded furnishings throughout this beautifully decorated condo and have created a very user friendly floor plan that provides both comfort and privacy for all guests. The living room and full kitchen have great views of the pool and Gulf of Mexico, are very well appointed and include a TV, VCR, CD and DVD player as well as a library of newer release videos and current novels for your relaxation and enjoyment.
The master bedroom suite is furnished with a TV, VCR, phone, sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico in the distance, a private bathroom including a double sink vanity, tub, shower and walk-in closet. Each of the other two bedroom suites are furnished with a TV, VCR,and phone. "The Great Escape" sleeps up to 10 including three queen beds, two bunk beds and a queen-size pull-out.
Seagrove Beach is a great vacation spot for everyone - adults and kids! The beach is gorgeous (access is just a short walk.) Aside from walking on the beach or playing in the pool, Seagrove offers lots of activities including biking, kayaking, shopping, and wonderful local restaurants. The bike path along Scenic Hwy 30A runs directly in front of the building, and Seaside is only one and one-half miles away.

Great for a family holiday

Our family of four spent 2 sun-filled weeks at this apartment. Great location just across from the beach and the heated pool meant that even early morning swimming was possible for our kids. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay.
