This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is only twenty minutes from Wolf Creek with its legendary powder and short lift lines. The condo is the entire third floor of the building which has a security system and a heated garage with room to store your skis and snowboards. The property is located on the San Juan River in downtown Pagosa Springs, a short walk from the world-famous hot springs along a new riverwalk.
This new( 2007) condo sleeps six with queen beds in both bedrooms and two Lazy Boy fold-out love seats in the great room. Features include in-floor radiant heat, two flat screen TVs with satellite, a DVD player, broadband WIFI connectivity (at no additional cost), two warm gas fireplaces, and a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. The master bedroom is separate from the living areas and has a luxury bathroom with a jetted tub and large walk in shower. The bedrooms include luxury linens on the beds and robes in the walk-in closets; the library has novels, movies and board games.
Downtown Pagosa has a movie theater, many restaurant choices and pubs. City Market is just three blocks away if you want to stay in, watch a movie and relax.

Why the Owner Chose Pagosa Springs
The Riverwalk Condos located on the San Juan River are absolutely the best location in Pagosa Springs. Located in the "Downtown" area of Pagosa, I wasn't looking at the long drive from the West Pagosa/Fairfield area, and the river bordering the property is heavenly. The third floor gives us great views of the waterfowl on the river, and the soothing gurgling sounds are really peaceful.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We have a heated garage down on the first floor, which is great in the winter when it's snowing and really cold. There is storage for skis and boards so they can dry out and needn't be lugged upstairs to be secure. The unit is in a locked building accessed only by entry code, and the condo has a keyless entry system too. We have free wi-fi in the unit as well as cable TV, and two flat screened TVS on which to enjoy it. We have many DVD for adults and children, and board and card games along with the books n the library. This unit is decorated simply and modernly without clutter.

We were doing a summer Colorado National Park (Mesa Verde, Black Canyon, Great Sand Dunes) tour and stayed one night in Pagosa Springs....I wish we could have stayed longer! This place is beautiful from top to bottom, nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable, everything you could want or need was in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was one of the nicer VRBO places I've stayed in as it was true to description! We will try and rent this again if we are ever back in that area.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

If you are looking for a gorgeous place to stay with tons of space and all the amenities, look no further. The ENTIRE condo is charming, and the location can't be beat. My vacation used to be ruined by double-bookings and impossible parking to stay in mediocre "resorts." Never again!

We used to stay at the Springs where we paid almost $200 to have four people in one room. We are so glad we found this condo -- love the heated garage and all the space. We'll be back this winter.
