From world class deep sea fishing, lobstering, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, sailing, and just plain 'ole swimming-the waters of Summerland Key can't be beat! For the biking enthusiasts several mountain riding bikes are provided for your enjoyment around the island. Also kayaks are available for your use for your kayaking adventures in your backyard canal enroute to the ocean in search of playful Dolphin and swimming Iguanas! You are 20 minutes from Downtown Key West when you need to indulge in all the shopping and fine eating establishments of Duval street.

Monroe County requires a 28 Minimum day Short Term Lease.
$1000.00 Security Deposit to hold. Refundable more than 60 days out
less $200.00 cancellation fee. Within 60 days no refunds.
There is a 11.5% state and tourist Tax on all rents received.
There is a $150 cleaning fee that will be collected in addition to the rent.
Utility charges in excess of $100 will be charged in addition to the rent.
