This newly remodeled three bedroom condo has all the amenities. Granite counter tops, vessel sinks, great showers with tubs, 3 flat screen plasma TV's, new kitchen appliances with everything you need to "keep house". Cable TV and WiFi are provided along with a library of books, DVD's and CDs . A Queen size bed in master bedroom, queen size bed in second bedroom, and the Feng Shui 3rd bedroom has full size futon with yoga mats and Hong pillows. Comfort is provided by central air and heat, but you will love to open the windows and let the fresh breeze float through the condo on a warm winter day.
Covered parking is convenient to the condo, and the tennis court is a pitching wedge from your front door. Three swimming pools are available for those guests who want to work on their tan and a workout room with treadmills and machines is located in the activity center.
Ground Floor Fully furnished and supplied 3 bedroom condo with a fireplace, Heating and Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Three HD Flat Screen TV'S, high speed WiFi internet access, DVD, CD Player, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice Maker, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, washer, dryer, comfortable "Feng Shui" bedroom has small fountain, yoga mats, and relaxation CD's for well being. Ceramic floor tile through out, remote operated ceiling fans/light switches in living room and master bedroom bathrooms with granite vessel sinks and motion operated light switches. Showers have large rain type shower heads.
Enjoy coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening on the covered patio off of the living room. A tennis court, two swimming pools both with Jacuzzi features are just steps away. Convenient covered parking is included. Please no smoking or pets.
