This is an immaculate & incredibly peaceful house that is situated on 1/2 acre parcel on Lake Thomas. Quiet, relaxing, and just plain enjoyable are what you will feel when you are staying here! The house was completely renovated and updated in 2005.
The fishing is awesome from the private dock! Lake only allows 10hp boats or less to ensure a peaceful setting. House has everything waiting for you. Show up with your suit case, a cell phone(if you want phone service! lol) a laptop (internet service provided ) and we have everything else for you.
Cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay, but if you would like weekly cleaning that can be arranged for.
You will love this house, and Tampa is easily accessible via the veterans express way which is 1.4 miles from the house. Tampa International Airport is 17 miles from the house.
