  We stayed at this property for almost 2 weeks. The location of this property in Carpentaria was ideal (very close to the beach and not too long a walk to the main street). We really enjoyed the property, the city and our host Mike F. He was very responsive and pragmatic during our booking process and was there to greet us when we arrived and also say goodbye when we left. Mike was very pleasant to deal with throughout our stay as well. We would highly recommend this property to those wishing to visit the coastal city of Carpentaria. By the way, only a short 10-15 minute drive to Santa Barbara. Thanks for the great time!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

  I stayed nine weeks here. It was incredibly delightful and comfortable. Pictures and words can't begin to describe how charming this rental is. The location was great. Just a half block to the beach, three blocks to a large park and across the street from a salt wildlife marsh. Charming downtown Carpinteria, with a great collection of restaurants and activities, is within an easy walk. Santa Barbara is just a short drive and the wine country of the Santa Ynez valley is within an easy and enjoyable hour drive. The unit is very nicely decorated in a beach theme. It was very clean and in good repair. It was well stocked with most of the necessities for either a short or extended at hand. The manager was responsive and friendly. Skip the overpriced hotel. This is an incredible getaway for a romantic week or weekend for either a couple or a small family.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  Just a quick note of thanks. Your condo turned out to be the perfect place for us to base in Carpinteria. Location, location, location. We loved having quick access to the beach , and walking into town was a snap. The condo was pristine when we arrived and the kitchen equipped quite adequately for all our meals in. Your condo is a good value and we have already recommended it to friends. We loved discovering this coastal community. Thanks again.

  We had a fabulous stay in Carpinteria, the condo is wonderful, clean and cozy. It is a quick walk to the beach, the neighbors are quiet and the amenities are perfect for a beach vacation. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!
