This comfortable and clean condo is furnished and decorated in a classic surf/beach theme. There is a sleeper-sofa for extra guests. The kitchen is well stocked with the conveniences of home. The town trolley stop is just down the street.

Carpinteria and Santa Barbara offer countless activities and fine dining. Go bird watching at the Carpinteria Salt Marsh Nature Preserve across the street from the condo. Walk downtown to the shops and restaurants or ride the "Pacific SurfLiner" train to downtown Santa Barbara. End the day with a sunset stroll on one of the cleanest beaches in California!

  • Just a quick note of thanks. Your condo turned out to be the perfect place for us to base in Carpinteria. Location, location, location. We loved having quick access to the beach , and walking into town was a snap. The condo was pristine when we arrived and the kitchen equipped quite adequately for all our meals in. Your condo is a good value and we have already recommended it to friends. We loved discovering this coastal community. Thanks again.

  • We had a fabulous stay in Carpinteria, the condo is wonderful, clean and cozy. It is a quick walk to the beach, the neighbors are quiet and the amenities are perfect for a beach vacation. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!
