Very refined beachside home in gated Sunset Beach community with lovely ocean views, views of Bay, and within easy walking distance to St. George Island State Park. This home is also within walking distance of the Crosswinds home. The beach is conveniently located only a few feet away directly across the private, gated cobblestone drive, accessible via a short boardwalk (see picture below). The Sunrise/Sunset has many decks to enjoy the lovely views from, overlooking both the beach and the bay. The front decks are large and are ideal for outdoor get-togethers. The outdoor barbecue grill is also great for outdoor parties and cookouts! Also featured outside is a shower, fish cleaning area, and a covered parking area.
