I stayed here with my in-laws, a group of 10, for one full week in August 2008. The group was 4 couples in their 20s and 30s, and one couple in their 50s. The house was perfect for our needs. There are 5 good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area is spacious and the kitchen is modern. The deck is also a nice size, and there is a beautiful large table on the deck for outdoor dining. Most importantly, the house was extremely clean and well-maintained. Other rentals I've seen in Narragansett are extremely beat up and even smelly, and this house felt very new, modern, and clean. We would definitely consider renting here again, particularly because we felt that the price was very fair. Although the house is not within walking distance of any ocean beaches (although there is a small river beach), we did not consider that a negative. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we were happy to have a nice house within easy driving distance of the beaches, as opposed to a less nice house that was more expensive but within walking distance.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.
