This one bedroom apartment is set-up as a 2 bedroom with two queen beds (one in the separate spacious bedroom and the other on the opposite side of the apartment in an area adjacent to the living room.) There is also a queen sofa pullout bed in the living room (yellow floral sofa pulls out to a queen bed).

Enjoy your stay away from home in this lovely and large Manhattan Home that features a large, separate bedroom and an additional Guest Bedroom area off the Living room. Two QUEEN Beds, on opposite sides of this apartment make it a great home for people preferring separate queen beds in separate areas of the home.

We provide everything imaginable to make your vacation or business trip a memorable and enjoyable one. This apartment features many amenities and is PERFECTLY LOCATED RIGHT IN THE CENTER OF MANHATTAN AND ALL IT HAS TO OFFER! APARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:

MASTER BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The Master bedroom features a Queen Pillowtop bed with reading lamps on both sides of the bed. This spacious bedroom has a 32" LCD flat screen HDTV, dresser, a comfortable reading chair and a big round white table and chairs ( by the large picture window that faces east). Enjoy your morning coffee or tea in a sunlit room with pretty garden views. All beds (master and guest) are fitted with top quality sheets and down comforters.

GUEST BEDROOM/DEN HIGHLIGHTS
The guest bedroom/den area is adjacent to the living room and features a beautiful Mahogany Sleigh bed with matching antique dresser, end table and chair. There are reading lamps on both sides of the bed and the dresser has a large oval mirror. There is a large picture window facing West onto Second Avenue.

LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
Sit and relax after a full day of touring Manhattan! This living room features a comfortable floral sofa (queen sofabed) and two down filled reading chairs, with lamps, coffee table and large TV Armoire.

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
The fully furnished kitchen features a full size refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven and gas range top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, and even a crock pot. White stoneware service for 6-8, silverware, utensils, glasses, wine glasses are all provided. There are even coffees and teas provided for your enjoyment.

DINING AREA HIGHLIGHTS
There is a round dining table with chairs outside the kitchen. Placemats, napkins, dinnerware, wine glasses, candles etc, are all on hand for your in-dining pleasure.

ENTRANCEWAY
As you enter the apartment, this alcove area has a writing table, lamp and chairs. The apartment has Complimentary WIRELESS INTERNET and a LASER PRINTER/FAX/SCANNER available for your use. This area also has a pine armoire filled with fresh towels, linens, and paper products, all of which are available for use during your stay.

BATHROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The bathroom features a bathtub and shower, sink with storage below, mirrored medicine cabinet, toilet, and lots of fresh towels. The bathroom is very clean and brightly lit. We provide shampoo, soaps, hair dryer and iron to make your packing a little easier.

BUILDING HIGHLIGHTS
This building has uniformed Doorman at the front door 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to greet you. This building has a nice lobby with two elevators. The building also has its own laundry facilities downstairs.

NEIGHBORHOOD HIGHLIGHTS
Look right out the Den area window and every ethnic restaurant/cafe imaginable is right there. From right to left, you have a Pizza Place, two Italian Restaurants, a Tex Mex Restaurant, a NYC Diner, A French and a Thai Restaurant and a Starbucks. And that is just one block! All the surrounding blocks have similar restaurant lineups. You will not go hungry staying at this apartment! There is also a huge SuperMarket (Food Market) right across the street if you want to bring in some food supplies.

Staying in midtown Manhattan means you are right in the center of everything going on! Walk to Famous Fifth Avenue, Rockefellar Center, Radio City Music Hall, St. Patrick's Cathedral, the Theatre District, Central Park, Museums, the United Nations, Grand Central Terminal and so much more. If you need a subway, it is only two blocks away on the same street at Lexington avenue! Easy access to Greenwich Village, East Village, Chinatown, Little Italy, the Staten Island Ferry, the Statute of Liberty, Ellis Island, Columbia University, New York University...

  • I mixed business and pleasure in NYC and stayed in Susan's apartment. It was perfect for both. Centrally located to get to my business meetings during the week and cozy to share with a girlfriend as we caught up over the weekend. The apartment is very comfortable, well stocked, and a joy to call a home away from home in NYC.

  • We have just returned from a second holiday in NYC, and a second stay in one of Bluewave Lodging's wonderful apartments. THe 51st St apartment was perfectly located near a subway, within easy walking distance of Central Park, as well as many delicious local restaurants and bagel shops. The apartment itself is a wonderful space with a lovely outlet and plenty of space (we were there with our 3 children). Sue was always available to answer our many questions and went out of her way to be helpful. I would highly recommend Bluewave Apartments to anyone looking for a special place to stay in NYC.

  • My husband and I have never rented an apartment like this before but had such a great time that I doubt we'll ever stay at a hotel again. The apartment was great, so big, and very nice amenities. I expecially enjoyed the large kitchen and my husband enjoyed the quick access to Central Park and the sweet courtyard downstairs. Everything you need for a wonderful trip is right around the corner--subway stop, bus stop, cute shops, great grocerie stores and gourmet food stores, the museums, the park, even a bike rental shop! It was the perfect spot for us.
