  condo was beautiful and roomy - we liked the big tvs and the view was amazing. Condo has everything you need. the location was great - close to walmart, etc. I liked that there were boogie boards and shovels and sand buckets to use for my kids.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This was my first stay at Boardwalk. It could not have been any better. The condo was one of the nicest places I have stayed in PCB. I will definitely be a returning guest. I will work my vacation around when it is available. The bed in the Master bedroom is one of my favorite things about the condo. Also loved that the balcony was the length of the entire condo. Can't wait to go back!!

  The condo was professionally decorated. The condo was spacious and clean. We had a group of 8 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was in a perfect location. We were right on the beach and the view was amazing. My only tip is to avoid going during spring break due to an abundant amount of 18 year olds. Otherwise I was told its a family town all other times of the year.

  We just loved staying in this condo. It was beautiful and better looking than the lovely pictures. The space was incredible and we had plenty of room for our group of 6. The owner provided some extras throughout the condo that it made us feel like we were at home. Unfortunately our weather was very cold the first two days... so staying inside became more important to us - it was fantastic. Kitchen was great and spacious and we had everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! Everyone was wonderful. People riding in the elevators were happy and friendly. There was a security guard in the evening and the gate security was alway pleasant. The beaches were beautiful and we finally found some warm weather to go out and enjoy the white sand and sun. Be sure to visit the store because the guy working there was so friendly and fun. It was a great vacation and we highly recommend renting this unit. You will love the oversized balcony. You will not be disappointed.

  This condo is amazing!! We have stayed at the Boardwalk several times, and while they were all very nice, this one definitely takes the prize! Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean. Just Perfect!! We plan on many returns!! The resort is top notch as well. Beach front restaurant is delicious. Our experience was perfect from start to finish! You don't want to pass this one up!

  The condo was gorgeous. Tastefully decorated with comfortable seating & bedding. The building was clean, secure & located on a less congested road which I appreciated. Loved staying in the end unit with a beautiful view from the 17th floor. Enjoyed having the convenience of the poolside restaurant & bar. Wish we had time for the on-site Kids Club activities but my son insisted on playing putt-putt everyday. Pirates Island was a great putt-putt golf facility & we became regulars during our stay. They gave us "repeat customer" deals! The beach was nice & once the weather cleared, the water cleared up enough to easily search for shells. I recommend the Boardwalk Beach Resort & specifically that condo (#1701), to everyone. I hope to make it back again soon!

  We absolutely loved this condo. It had everything you could ask for and more. The bedrooms are large and very relaxing. The views from the balcony and master bathroom are breath-taking! The decor is unbelievable. Easy access to the pool/beach. We look forward to returning to this same condo next year. Ben was very helpful with our questions/concerns related to our travel plans. If you are looking for a great place to stay look no further!

  If you are looking for a beautiful relaxing condo look no further!! The pictures just do not do it justice you have to walk in and see what all it has to offer. The bunk room has a twin on top and full on bottom the other bedrooms are spacious and even the second bath is larger than most. The master bath WOW it has a spacious glass enclosed shower a large garden tub with a nightime view that is so pretty down Thomas Drive, The decorating is fantastic very high class but very comfortable. Being on the 17th floor was wonderful! You could stand anywhere on the huge balcony and have a fantastic view down the beach or into the ocean. There are several high speed elevators so you do not have to wait and you get up and down quickly. This condo was supplied with everything we needed and then some. The pool area was very nice and the staff was friendly. You will not find nicer people to rent from than the Millers and the property manager Ben was such a pleasure to deal with. I am grateful to them for helping us to have such a wonderful family vacation.

  We recently stayed at the Boardwalk for the first time and this condo was absolutely gorgeous. The location was great. This room is on the 17th floor and I was a little worried about being up so high. Once we got into the room, it was more than we had expected. The pictures do not do it justice. The views were spectacular, even from the master bathroom. Normally, I have trouble sleeping the first night at anyplace, just because it’s different… but I can honestly say we all slept like babies and the beds were very comfortable. It was a sad moment when we had to leave. Can’t wait to go back. We will definitely be staying here again!

Additional Fees and Taxes:

There is a one time cleaning fee of $100.00, a $15.00 fee for each parking pass, and tax of around 12%. In addition, there is a fully refundable security deposit of $500.00 required to reserve the unit.
