This is the second time we have rented the condo from Steve at Mountain Shadow. He asked if we would be willing to write a review and I agreed, but I have so many good things to say that I am worried it won't be available when I want to rent it!! It is beautifully decorated, very clean and quiet. The view from the huge windows is amazing. It is close to great shopping and restaurants. I would like laundry facilities right in the unit, but they are actually quite convenient right across the hall. We love the feature of the indoor pool.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

Steve, have been meaning to do this since we got home to our hectic life. Wish I was still there! The condo was so perfect... the location, the furnishings in the condo, the pool, everything! We enjoyed the view of the mountains and the lights of the city. You have provided everything anyone could possibly need.My husband loved the coffee press. We took a long side trip almost every day and it was so nice to come back to our cozy little apartment each night. We have recommended your place to friends and family and we will certainly be back.

Steve was wonderful. He met us even late in the evening. The condo was just as the pictures show, but the view was fantastic day and night. We were glad there was a coffee press. Cherry Creek was recommend to us by a Denverite. The building was quiet and safe - good nights sleep every night. We found a good workout and exploration using a B-cycle at the mall, which Steve took the time to point out to us. There is a grocery store right across the street and a Whole Foods within walking distance. The Farmer's Market is in the mall parking lot on Wed & Sat a.m. We found friendly knowledgeable merchants at Cost Plus World market located in the mall parking lot. Places we found worth eating -Encore, Washington Park Grill, Highlands Cork & Coffee, and Mercury Cafe. The Mercury Cafe is an experience worth noting - cultural, eclectic, cool music, superior service. We have stayed at several VRBO all have been worth every penny.

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in Steve's condo in the heart of Cherry Creek. We were visiting my son and his family. The condo has a wonderful view of the mountains and is well-appointed and decorated.. All the kitchen items one would need are available and the TV and cable accessibility is good The queen bed is extremely comfortable. We used the fitness area for exercising and there is also an indoor pool available. Most importantly for us was Gates Tennis Center which is a simple 2 block walk from the condo. This is a spectacular public facility. Also, the Cherry Creek Mall is within a 2 block walk and most of the Cherry Creek shopping is extremely accessible. The building security is excellent and there is a common area for having family parties.Steve is a responsive condo owner who was just a phone call away if something arose. In short, the condo is terrific and am certain that we will be returning soon.

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+.

Steve, We had a wonderful stay at your condo. Everything was very clean and nicely updated. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful view!!! The location was great for shopping. What a great Condo, very close to shops, bus stops, restaurants etc, great view of the mountains and the CBD, all the amenities that you need, very well equipped and maintained, Steve was very helpful and was available for any queries. Would stay again and recommend it. Only concern was the slight ticking sound in the bedroom.

Owner response:We tried to track down the ticking noise, which has disappeared. We believe it may have been due to some expansion of the heating pipes in the building. Steve

We enjoyed our stay in Denver and it was enhanced by staying in Steve's condo. It was centrally located, convenient to downtown and relaxing to be in Cherry Creek. It was wonderful to have an indoor pool to swim laps on cold snowy days!

We absolutely loved this lovely condo in the sky. The condo was so well equipped and very nicely furnished. We felt so comfortable right from the first minute we met Steven. He took his time to show us the great pool and exercise area plus he took us up and showed us what we needed to know inside the condo. Loved having internet. The view of the mountains in the AM and the city lights at night was wonderful. Everything was so convenient with many restaurants within walking distance and shopping across the street. We want to come back!
