This unit is located in Parc Scottsdale Condominiums, a 30 unit complex just two blocks from Old Town Scottsdale, one block from Hotel Valley Ho, Trader Vic's, Old Tortilla Factory, two blocks from the Main Street Arts district and about 5 blocks from the Giants' stadium. Park the car - great walking location - dine and drink in many great restaurants, then walk home!
Within 1 mile from the huge Scottsdale Fashion Square mall and Harkins Cinemas. Convenient to the A's ballpark and only 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, ASU and downtown Tempe. Centrally located to many golf courses. Scottsdale Museum of Modern Art and Civic Center are just a few blocks away. We have provided our own tour book which includes information on our favorite restaurants and places of interest in the metro Phoenix area.
Remodeled 1st floor unit with granite kitchen counters, new range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, new cabinetry, new windows, blinds and doors. Sparkling clean large bathroom with new tile surrounding the tub/shower. Spacious master bedroom includes new queen size mattress, pillows and bed linens, t.v. in armoire, large dresser, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. Washing machine/dryer inside unit (laundry soap included).
In the living room we have a HDTV with extended cable and a stereo with iPod docking station. Wireless internet also available. Our queen size sofa bed is really comfortable with inflatable air mattress.
Step outside to view the colorful sunsets from the patio where we have included a small table and chairs for relaxing. Our community has a newly remodeled, heated pool, two gas barbeque grills and covered patio for your use. Barbeque tools provided in kitchen. Pool towels have also been included in the condo. We have even included a small cooler for those vacationers who want to take day trips to Sedona, Oak Canyon or the Grand Canyon. Unit has one carport parking space with plenty of street parking available.

My husband and I love to spend time in Scottsdale. In addition to our daughter living there, we love the many great restaurants and golf courses to choose from. We also have several unfurnished condos in the same complex. We manage our own rental properties (California and Arizona) and really wanted to expand into the vacation rental market. Since we established this one bedroom vacation rental, we have added a 2 bedroom unit in the same location. Both have been very well received and we have had repeat customers!

Great location to the arts district of Scottsdale. The complex was quiet and lanscaped beautifully! The apartment was clean, cheery and very comfortable. Nicely updated! We really enjoyed our stay. Be sure to check out the Valley Ho next door with its historic interior. Nice walking paths nearby too. Plenty of parking.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.

Overall experience was good; surrounding neighborhood was quiet and well kept, but "older". Newly remodeled inside very well done (great use of tile). Location outstanding for walking to Old Town spots (great restaurants, art district, etc) and, the best part, Giants facilities. Only disappointment was pool under construction, so we were unable to use it. Would go back again. Excellent value for the price.

Stayed for a month. Décor is wonderfully upgraded. I enjoyed the flat screen TV and extended cable. You could tell the owners took pride in this unit and thought of EVERYTHING you would need. Felt like home. Great pool - great location - walking distance to everything.I give it the highest recommendation.

We had a great time in Scottsdale. March is a perfect time to be there. It was so nice to be able to walk to downtown Scottsdale from the Condo. The Condo was clean and the perfect size for a couple or small family. We would stay there again.
