This compound boasts a main house off the street with double car garage,master bedroom w/ensuite, large deck and garden area. The main floor has a gourmet kitchen,great room and awesome palapa covered deck. Top floor is a palapa covered roof patio complete with wet bar with a birds eye view of the whole town and ocean where you will hear the distant noise of the town and the local dogs and roosters.
Meander out back of the main house to find a swimming pool with covered areas as well as comfortable chaise lounges, hammocks and pool furniture. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor eating area with a traditional wood fired pizza oven and a gas grill(If you dont want to cook we can help you hire a local cook with pizza oven experience(Very traditional).
The Lower building has three one bedroom suites(each completely independent) with kitchenette and lovely decks with awe inspiring views of the ocean and the jungle.
Choose from Villa Luna, Villa Sol(Each equivelant to a hotel room with queen size bed and extra day bed with kitchenette) or Villa Estrella(Equivelant to one bedroom apartment with pull out in living room).
For small or large groups this home will provide all the privacy you need and still be within walking distance of town or beach.
Whether you are a group of friends or a large family with teens this complex will provide you the ability to be close but not too close. Everyone will have the prefect vacation!!!!
If you are a couple looking for oppulence you will enjoy Casa Margerita or if you are more budget conscious perhaps one of the casitas would be better.
We provide a caretaker and can arrange for catering or cooking/grocery shopping at your request. We can also help with wedding planning or function planning.
