This Sands Family Condominiums are very clean, freshly decorated, have 3 bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths, kitchen, full dining room and living room for your comfort and relaxation and a small deck to catch the summer breezes. Sands Family Condominiums are located right in the middle of everything! The Beach! The Promenade! Restaurants galore, convenience stores, ice cream parlors, miniature golf course, pizza parlors, playground, basketball court, surf shop, clothing stores, bike rentals - you name it! It’s all right here within a few blocks walking distance. We are the third building from the promenade in the fun area of Sea Isle. It's "right at the beach and promenade”. There is also a full size refrigerator, full size oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher. We have a fully stocked kitchen (utensils) and dining area. Pillows, blankets, mattress covers, and comforters are included in the unit. All units have ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning.
The beach is beautiful and scenic dunes and grasses welcome you. WaWa Food Market is 3 buildings away for your morning coffee, bagel and newspaper, and the pizza parlor is across the street for lunch and dinner. We have another convenience store two blocks away, as well as a steak/pancake house two blocks away. There is a miniature golf course and ice cream parlor 2 blocks away. So park your car for the week and enjoy your stay.
Sea Isle City - the perfect vacation getaway. Visit the Sea Isle City promenade for live evening family style musical entertainment. We are quieter than the big boardwalk towns of Ocean City and Wildwood but located in the middle of these shore towns for a short trip to either for your "rides nights."
