Luxurious 2 1/2 bedroom, ninth floor unit is ocean front in a gated community. Playa Royale is a new, luxury condominium adjoining and associated with Paradise Village, whose facilities are all available to my guests. I never tire of watching the sun "set into the ocean", drink in hand, from my ninth floor terrace.
El Tigre, our home golf course, is just one of several championship courses available. Also available is tennis, shuffleboard, bocci and health clubs.
There is a shopping center walking distance as well as a free shuttle bus. There are fast food restaurants, as well as both inexpensive and first class restaurants nearby.
Master bedroom has king size bed. Second bedroom has two double size beds, and there are pull-out sleepers in the living room and den. We ask you to limit occupancy to seven.

AS MUCH AS WE LIKED PARADISE VILLAGE, WE CONSIDER PLAYA ROYALE AN UPGRADE AN HAVE EXPANDED OUR OWNERSHIP TO TWO UNITS.WE NOW GO 6 WEEKS A YEAR AND ARE CONSIDERING INCREASING THE NUMBER OF WEEKS. WE JUST LOVE IT THERE AND YOU WILL TOO.
