Condominium located across from heated pool and club house. Club house has a library, sauna, showers, billiard tables, workshop, and laundromat. Pitch & putt golf and lighted shuffleboards on premises. Tables and chairs with umbrella at pool along with lounge chairs.
Fifty-five plus year-old, retirement community "Sterling Village". Condo has two bedrooms, one bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two twin beds. Second floor of two story building. Security guard at main entrance at night, other entrance locked at night. Assigned parking stall plus guest parking available.
Just 15 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport, world-renowned shopping district: Worth Avenue, and Palm Beach. Shopping malls, golf, tennis, parks, I-95, Bethesda Hospital nearby. Fort Lauderdale a short distance to gambling, sightseeing and cruise ships, Disney World in Orlando, Florida is just a three hour drive North via the Florida Turnpike.
Screened porch is very relaxing while listening to the fountain (that is on during the day) at the club house across the way.
